Have always found the carers polite and helpful.

The carers are cheerful, very helpful, and happy to do whatever we request. We look forward to their visit which many times is the only person. Their kind approach is much appreciated.

I suggest you give a from to date for the period time I.e from August 23---- january 24. Which allows clients to submit a review every few months? I am so pleased with the care as support I get from all the staff, especially after the disappoint ments of people i found myself. Keep up the good work.

They provide helpful notes from each care visit through a secure online system and contact me whenever something requiring discussion or a decision arises. All their staff I have met or contacted have been professional, friendly and approachable.

I have had Ethos providing my care for over 12 months now, and in all that time, they have been efficient, reliable and extremely pleasant, always on time, and on the rare occurrence that they have been late, it has been when there has been an emergency elsewhere. I have an unpleasant skin condition which they have been extremely sympathetic with and managed very well.

I find that all the staff are all very obliging and will do all that is asked of them. I try to do most things myself, but if I have an off day, I know that they will be there for me.

Since engaging Ethos Care we have been delighted with the office staff and all the carers who visit my aunt. They all appreciate my aunt's needs and are sympathetic to the challenges of her dementia. The carers are always kind and understanding and my aunt looks forward to their visits.

I have been extremely happy with every aspect of the care that Ethos has provided to my 96-year-old father this year, and I am grateful for the thoughtfulness and compassion of all their carers. As his needs increased, the Ethos team were always able to find a solution to provide further cover (on one occasion, they even assisted him on the 100-yards walk to and from his social hub so that he could play bingo)! My father has had many falls this year, and on occasions, two staff members managed to juggle the team so that someone could stay with Dad until an ambulance arrived. The online portal where each carer provides a detailed update of their visit as soon they leave a client also gives instant access to any areas of concern and is a fabulous resource. Relatives are also able to add their comments, which are usually picked up quickly by the team. All staff are pleasant. All in all, a very professional set-up. Thank you, Ethos!

This has been important for me, as I do not live locally. Ethos has been her care provider for the past 4-years.

Ethos Care has been looking after my nan for some time now, and I would highly recommend them. The carers are great, sympathetic and have been fantastic during the pandemic especially. During a time that has been very worrying for everyone, they ensured the whole family felt safe and comfortable in their care by following all guidelines, wearing their PPE, and making sure we were aware they have all been vaccinated. We couldn't have coped without them and would recommend them to any family. Thank you!

Carers are friendly and have the best interests of their clients at heart. Managers are quick to respond to queries, offering flexibility in appointments times when needed. We find the nurse buddy an excellent application in keeping up-to-date with our loved ones care. We thank Ethos for the support they have given our family.

We engaged the services of Ethos carers in December 2019 after mum had returned home from hospital. From the very first visit to meet my until now the management and carers have shown professionalism, understanding, amazing kindness and quality care often going far and beyond what we expected. In mums words, everyone is "helpful, kind and understanding". They work with and for us all mum and family.

I cannot recommend more highly the care, friendship, and support given to myself, my family, and especially my mother. She is 95 and loves the happy carers who treat her so kindly and with dignity.

I used Ethos Care to look after an elderly friend of mine. My friend had to have a bed and commode installed in her front room downstairs as she was unable to go upstairs. The staff visited three times a day to help with washing, dressing, going to the toilet, preparing meals and various other chores. They fulfilled their tasks with diligence and reliability. A daily timetable was drawn up at the outset which was adhered to throughout but able to be modified if necessary. An email link called a 'Family Portal' meant I could see what was happening after every visit by a carer. I found this to be most useful. In conclusion, I would like to say 'thank you' to the staff who looked after my friend. They were very conscientious but also had patience when necessary.
