Outstanding care and companionship was provided by a team of friendly, professional and cheerful carers. The service offered was outstanding; and the carers always arrived on time with a cheery welcome - adding a little joy to our lives at a difficult time. Bluebird were also able to 'step in' to provide cover for night-time care when needed - often at short notice. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Bluebird Care for their professionalism and trustworthiness.

Bluebird staff have also been very helpful to us and have gone the extra mile to make sure we can still enjoy family life whilst looking after my brother.
I have been assisted by Bluebird for about nine months following significant plastic surgery operation - 1/2 hour visits, four weekly, personal care while showering. This report covers an exceptional period when my housekeeper would be away on holiday and perhaps longer. My next of kin, daughter, living distantly arranged for her own peace of mind and overall level of care. Without exception, every carer appeared genuinely to want to do everything possible for me, and indeed, to 'go the extra mile'. Every day the carer would arrive ready to spend two hours doing whatever I wanted and they thought should be done to maintain high standards. I have been very favourably impressed.
My mother was receiving daily care visits from Bluebird Care for approximately 2 years and then switched to 24 hour live in care earlier this year, after having initially tried a different live-in care provider. I have always found Bluebird Care to be immensely helpful and they have always gone above and beyond to help and support my mother. They are easily contactable, very friendly and very supportive of me as well as my mother. Highly recommended.

We've been using Bluebird Care since October 2018 (recommended to us by a neighbour). We are absolutely delighted with the quality of the care and the friendliness of the staff and carers. Each time we have an additional query, Bluebird are always quick to react and always find a solution to any problems. They are experienced and gentle with our parents and my brothers and I are very grateful that they are so professional and easily accessible. We will soon be looking for a live-in carer and we will definitely be using Bluebird.

Bluebird Care provided care for the gentleman I was caring for over the past three years. Throughout the standard of care provided was first class. As much as the standard of care was the way in which they endeared themselves to the client, who during the period involved was living on his own. The visits by the Bluebird personnel became both an important event for the client and a huge source of support for me. All problems and enquiries which arose from time to time were dealt with efficiently and I could rely on Bluebird progressing any matter which I requested them to deal with.
I have used Bluebird Care for the last 6 months. They are very professional and caring for my father and doing his meals. I leave instructions. Well worth the money and it gives me peace of mind when I am not home or working.

Excellent service. Reliable, compassionate, communicative.....cannot really fault Bluebird. I also use another agency and Bluebird are far superior on every level. I would highly recommend them.
Bluebird Care has looked after my mother for over 3 years, assisting a lady that was bedridden. The staff have been kind and helpful and it is to their credit that my mother did not have bedsores in this time. The office back up is supportive to the staff and the customer. On the odd occasion when there is a hiccup with arrangements, it is sorted out courteously and with a sensible practical view by the owners. Although the rates may be higher than some agencies, I think it is worth paying for nice carers.
Bluebird provide an excellent support service for my elderly mother who has dementia. All staff are professional, kind and have built up a good relationship with her.

Bluebird Care is providing cover one evening a week for my husband who has advanced dementia, mainly affecting his ability to communicate or understand language. I am pleased that the agency has managed to keep the number of different Carers down to three, enabling him to build up a close relationship with each of them. They have all proved to be very much the sort of person one would choose to care for a loved one.....reliable, cheerful, friendly and empathetic. He obviously enjoys their company, and they all cope extremely well with the difficult task of keeping him entertained. During the most recent evening, my husband was unexpectedly struck by a stomach upset and had vomited shortly before my return. I found his carer cleaning up and coping efficiently and sympathetically with the situation. My husband then spoke one of his rare comprehensible sentences...."She's wonderful!"
Bluebird Care have been providing care for my mum for over a year now. We are very pleased with the service they have provided. The carers are respectful of mum’s property and home and treat her kindly and with dignity. The office staff are friendly and approachable. This company provides everything you could wish for to provide for your relative. There has been numerous occasions where the carer has done that little bit extra to make sure Mum is well cared for. The communication between the carers, office staff, Mum and myself has been superb.
They listen to your needs and appropriate services accordingly.
