The team truly care about him and treat him with compassion, dignity and humour. they have been able to meet his needs including peg feeds.
They have worked longer hours at short notice to enable him to come home from a hospital stay sooner and have enabled him to stay in his home much longer than anticipated.
I highly recommend them .
Hi Jenny,Thank you for your review. It is both a pleasure and a privilege to support your Dad at home. We are so pleased that we are able to work with you as a family to tailor the support to meet Dads needs and hope that we can continue to keep him in his own home for as long as possible.
During my husband’s illness, the carers attended to provide personal care four times each day. They treated him with dignity and respect. Over the time we needed the service we got to know them quite well and they became almost part of our family. Without their support, we could not have managed.
Thank you for your review, Mary. It was a pleasure and an honour to provide support for your husband. We hope you and your family are keeping well.
Aspire provided support for my mum before she went into a nursing home. We had 2 regular support workers who were brilliant with mum. They took time to get to know her and made sure that the care that they provided was always suitable for her. They took their time and mum never felt rushed even though she can be a little slow at times. The staff were always on time and if on the odd occasion they were running late, we were always informed. Nothing was too much bother for the support workers or the staff in the office and they always went out of their way to make sure that they met our requirements. I would not hesitate to recommend Aspire to anyone.
The care Aspire Care Support Services gave my Dad on his last days before he passed away was extremely excellent, he had never looked so more relaxed, clean and comfy. On the day he passed away Aspire came in changed his bedding, his pyjamas, bathed him, did his hair and even put aftershave on him which they did every day. He looked ever so comfy and later that day sadly he said goodbye to this world, we felt so much better and still talk about it to this day how beautiful he looked. Thanks to those girls that came out, I was worried because my dad had a temperature, those lovely girls had already signed out but stayed with us to make sure we were ok upon them leaving. We can't thank Aspire enough for all they did. I would recommend 100 per cent. I can't thank all the nursing staff enough who attended and looked after my dad.
Thank you for such a lovely review. We are so pleased that the staff were able to support you all as a family and made a difference to you all at a very difficult time. Our thoughts are with your family at this very sad time xx.
Aspire provide and excellent service. My wife has a dedicated carer and able deputy on her days off. Staff arrive largely on time (phone me if delayed) are well presented and polite. They are caring and dedicated to their work. The principal herself has substituted occasionally so is a very hands on person. My wife who has Alzheimer's appreciates the care which is paid for by the council with a personal top-up amount from myself.
Generally staff are excellent. They are pleasant, professional and show appropriate care for my mother. Issues are sometimes with communication, and short notice change of staff. Overall though the management is sound.
The Aspire Care Support Agency has been able to match suitable carers for my daughter since she started receiving support from them 2 years ago. I am also able to contact them at all times and they have been able to answer any queries raised. I would not hesitate to recommend the agency to anyone else.
As a family we researched care agencies earlier this year, when it became evident that Dad needed some support to live independently. We interviewed different agencies, but it was clear that Aspire were the only agency that would be able to guarantee Dad's health and well being in a way that we as a family, felt confident. Dad has three carer's and they are punctual, in fact, the neighbours have said that they can, 'set their clocks' by the arrival of the ladies. The carer's are identified from Dad's preferences as to the personality traits and characteristics that he feels comfortable with, to enable Dad to develop a rapport. With them. All three carer's bring different qualities which is great and this is reflected in how well Dad looks and feels. Dad thoroughly enjoys their visits, as one of the benefits that the carer's bring, is 'companionship.' Knowing that Dad has such professional, kind and caring staff, that take such good care and look after him so well when he is on his own, gives us peace of mind and reassurance that if their was a problem we would know immediately. We feel totally at ease leaving Dad in the, 'more than capable hands' of the Aspire team.
