Right at Home has responded quickly to changes in carer requirements, and all carers are dedicated to providing the best of care possible. They are all prompt with visits and let us know when there is a challenge. Mum feels like they are all friends that she can discuss personal issues with.

We contacted Right at Home at short notice asking for support for my father as we wanted to bring him home from hospital, as he was end of life. The office team were very understanding and supportive. They put together a very personalised care plan to make my dad's last few days as comfortable as possible. Right at home chose an amazing carer who not only provided exceptional care for my father but went above and beyond to make it as easy for us as a family. We truly appreciate the care and support received from all of the team.

I want to keep this short, as our ending is painful and tied to my wife's illness. My wife was an independent woman who always wanted to do everything for herself. She was intelligent, had a beautiful sense of humour, and could light up any room she walked into.

Her illness progressed rapidly, taking away much of her independence. She began to feel she was becoming a burden on the family. That's when Sanjay stepped in. He was empathetic to our situation, and the support from the carer was second to none. With their help, my wife began to feel like herself again-cared for, valued, and truly herself.

Sadly, our story ended differently. But I know that if she were still here, with Sanjay and his team supporting her, she would have received the best personal care.

If you have elderly parents the BEST thing you can do for them is to learn more about Right at Home (Ealing/Hounslow/Hammersmith/Fulham) BEFORE something tragic happens. The NEXT BEST thing you can do find them IF something happens. My fit 82 year old father had a fall land landing on his face (on concrete) and we feared the worst. Whilst recovery was well managed in hospital by the NHS, our real worry was how to manage his re-entry into his home where we were worried that things could happen again. This when we were connected to Right at Home who literally swooped in (at the hospital stage) starting with Raunaq who confidently held our hands through the onboarding process to Nusrat who appeared like Florence Nightingale the very next day getting us all harmoniously on the same page as it pertained to his care. At home is where the magic happens. The carers went above and beyond ensuring dad got back on his feet in no time. We just celebrated Dads 83rd I will forever be in their debt!

We originally contacted the agency to assist us in caring for our mother who has vascular dementia, which sadly is becoming more challenging.

The agency responded immediately and have assisted us in many ways by reducing pressure and having met and spent time with the carer's, we are happy and confident our mother is in good and caring hands. We are a punjabi family and having carer's that can speak to her in punjabi has been brilliant.

This support has been essential, since our father's declininhg health which resulted in him being hospitalised. During this time we needed more hours and more flexibility, both of which the agency accommodated.

We engaged Right at Home to provide Care for my mother and from day 1 they have been very professional and most importantly considerate to our care needs. They quickly put care in place and have been flexible enough to adapt hours and timings to suit in order to provide the best care. The carers have been well trained and experienced, understanding my mothers needs within a couple of visits. Right at Home provided carers who were from a similar culture and background to my mother and father so quickly adapted to the requirements for things such as meal preparation and grocery shopping all in their native language which quickly re-assured my parents. During this time senior carers have also visited to ensure the care and quality has been appropriate and in line with expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending Right at Home (Ealing, Hounslow, Hammersmith and Fulham).

We have been using the services of a live-in carer for my grandmother since February 2025. The Care staff are amazing at what they do. Everyone is very professional, kind and friendly. The services allow my grandmother to have constant companionship in her home, which gives the family piece of mind. The care shown is second to none and we value all the carers that look after our grandmother. Had a great experience with Right at Home Ealing and Hounslow, who supported me in looking after my mother with some help she needed for a few weeks. The care staff were very friendly and the whole process from start to end was handled with care and good attention to what I had asked for. Will be calling upon their services again.

My father has had 24-hour live-in care for six months since suffering from a hip operation and losing confidence in managing on his own. The carer organised for him has been excellent in all ways. She feeds him well and he has put on weight as he needs, he has regular help with showers, overnight issues, hospital and doctor appointments. She checks he is taking his medication and his communication skills are excellent. Above all, she has been good company and relates well to him.

I was finding it difficult to continue helping my father, who is in his eighties and who has dementia, to remain independent in his home on my own, and having such wonderful and kind carers come to support him has made a huge difference. Everyone has been so incredibly helpful and efficient in setting-up and delivering support for him, and communication with me has been faultless. In addition to the actual care that is provided, I felt that real consideration was given as to which carers would be suitable from a personality perspective, and this allows my father to benefit from a companionship aspect too. I particularly like the fact that my father was introduced to each of the carers who go to support him by the manager, and that he will always know the person who comes to provide his care.

I have been using this agency RAH for years, they cared for my mum until she died in 2020 and they still continue to help me care for my sister whom has learning disabilities and lives with me and my daughter. I find them always to be reliable, professional and a very well run agency. They also provide live in respite for my sister when I take my 10 yr daughter on holiday. The manager Halina always does her best to ensure I have a carer named Ivone whom my sister knows well, she is amazing, I can go away and completely relax knowing my sister is in great hands. I completely trust this agency in charge of care for my sister above all other options I have. I can honestly say if all carers were as good as this agency provides a lot of people relying on carers would be happy and content in their own home. I have tried other agencies before I came across this one, and they have never given me the reason to seek another care agency. 100% recommend.

My friend is happy with her care because it enables her to remain in her own home, which is her wish. The carer is friendly, punctual, helpful and understanding of my friend's mild dementia. The agency staff are very supportive of her, especially if I am away and she needs medical attention, staying with her into the early hours when an ambulance had to be called on one occasion. They also keep me informed of any problems they may encounter on their visits and discuss the best course of action to help her. I am confident if I go away, I have left her in safe hands and that on a daily basis; they have her care and best interests at heart.

I literally cannot fault the care being given to my godmother (dementia). Right at Home has carefully selected the right carers for her personality and great attention is paid to the consistency in that. All visits are punctual, the carers are interested and engaging and will go the extra mile. From the manager to the office staff at Right at Home, I cannot fault the communication and desire to assist on any matter and are always on call. A very lucky find and cannot recommend highly enough.

I have been extremely happy with the care and support my parents have received from Right at Home. The carers have been well chosen to meet the individual needs of the client(s), especially those that have challenging dementia behaviour like my parents. All the carers were respectful, patient and understanding and have shown nothing but warmth, compassion, empathy and care. Liaising with the care manager, the care coordinator and the finance team has always been very friendly and professional and nothing has ever been too much trouble even at short notice. So glad we found RAH as it has given us peace of mind to know that our parents are in safe and excellent care.
