The Carers at right at home are really polite, professional, punctual and proficient. They're not just Carers the ladies actually care. I give this agency 100% top star rating. The management are really professional and do their upmost to accommodate all our additional requirements. (Changing care times to allow for hospital appointments and arranging escorts etc...)

It takes a special kind of person to be part of a team that cares for our loved ones... the ladies went above and beyond in their duties of care - so important for the patient to experience at this stage of their lives.

Excellent and friendly carers. Dad has no complaints and is very content to be looked after by all of your staff. His overall appearance and cleanliness has improved too. This amount of care is taking some of the strain away from me. In all, no complaints at all.

Right at Home is by far the best care agency we have used. When you have carers coming in every day, the two most important things are having regular carers who know our needs and build a relationship with us, and having those carers arrive on time. The carers have built an excellent relationships with the whole family, especially with my husband. They always arrive on time and if they are running late, will always inform us. Right at Home has been flexible and accommodating with any changes to care and schedule that we have requested. Thank you !!

My mother always looked forward to the care workers coming in. She said they always wanted to help her even when sometimes she was very forgetful. As the carers know this they were so patient with mum and she spoke very highly of them. I knew that if a problem was to arise they would get in touch with me, let me know. Very satisfied with the care given.

Mum came to live with me in September 2015 following a life changing stroke and two unhappy years in a nursing home. This was the only option we felt that was best suited to mum and had task drive to poor care previously provided by another home. From the first day Right at Home carers/staff arrived, they were punctual, polite and efficient. More importantly they reassured us the daughters, that we would manage and they reassured mum with kindness, humour, interest and time. They did not take long to get to know mum, her way and ours, and were never judgemental. They will always go the extra mile. This applies to the people who come to assist mum with her primary care needs, as well as the office staff. Right at Home do just that, make you feel right at home. They are supportive and not intrusive. After just over six months, they seem like friends who really are there to help. Priceless! Wonderful!

I have been using Right at Home for my handicap sister since July 2014, then when my mother needed carers after a fall so I got Right at Home to care for her too. The carers are very good and show both my girls a lot of kindness. The office staff are excellent as well, and have no problems sending carers to my home address when they come and stay with me.I would highly recommend this agency and would never change the agency. They make my life a lot easier as I have a three year old daughter as well. Both mum and my sister feel the same.
