Right at Home provide daily help to my sister who is in her 80s, physically fragile and has a compromised memory. Their competent, warm hearted and consistent helpers have enabled her to live alone in her own home and have given her family and friends the fullest confidence that the everyday practicalities
of her life are taken care of. Right at Home are meticulous and sympathetic in their communication with myself and we have the fullest confidence in their disciplined approach to handling the Coronavirus protocols around visiting a household. Their office staff are informed, responsive and always friendly.

I have been using Right at Home Ealing for something like 3 years now and I cannot fault them. They have been exceptionally caring, kind, helpful and I don’t know what we would have done without them in these difficult times of the Covid-19 virus. When the lockdown started, I was unable to order
online food shopping for my father and Right at Home stepped in and dealt with these difficulties by doing his food shop as well as the normal care that they provide.
The carers are simply wonderful – every single one of them. They really do have kind hearts and they go out of their way to ensure my father is well looked after. The office staff are efficient, friendly and accommodating, just like the carers.
As always, they have been extremely helpful for our family and we could not have coped without them in these strange times.
I cannot recommend them highly enough. We are 100% happy with them. They truly are a great company to work with.

We have found Right at Home to be a very caring and professional organisation. They have looked after my mother for over a year, once a day to three times a day on occasions. Nothing is too difficult for them and I have complete confidence in their service. The carers have all been lovely and caring
to my Mother. I had had a bad experience in the past with another care company and it is nice to know that there are companies like Right at Home in the care industry who can achieve the standard required.

I am a service user and have found Right at Home to be a very responsive care company from booking the initial consultancy to my carer starting a day later as I was desperate. This agency set up our package with impressive professionalism and has since then been cheerfully caring, patient, flexible and helpful in every way. This was apparent from the off and other agencies didn't come close to their high standards.
They train their care staff well. This is clearly a 'can
do' organisation and are quietly confident in their ability to handle emergencies. The carers encourage their clients to do as much for themselves as they can without taking over. Timekeeping is also excellent.
If the regular carers are unavailable, the managers step in and cover the shift. Everyone we've met is a star performer.

Dads carers are all cheerful, friendly, supportive, efficient and always on time. We get plenty of warning if there's a change in carer due to holidays etc and the office is always easy to contact if I have any queries.

After my Mum (89) came out of hospital (Jan '18) my Dad (also 89) needed help to care for her. Mum and I met the manager who chose a very experienced Carer who would be able to help my Mum in a way that suited both Mum and Dad.
It is now January 2019. The Carer has been brilliant. She comes 5 mornings
a week. Since the Carer has been with us my Mum’s health has improved so much that she has been discharged from the two hospitals that she was attending as well as the Dietician.
I do not live near my parents and so I am completely reliant on the Carer to help Mum with personal hygiene, eating healthily, medication and some housekeeping duties. The Carer is so kind and helpful. She keeps me updated with the situation at home. She lets me know how Mum is and if I need to order anything for my parents or the house.
I have found the Office very good to deal with. They respond to phone calls and e-mails promptly. They are well organised and efficient.

The lady that helps with mum goes above and beyond her duties. She treats her like a person, not 'a job'. She is thoughtful, punctual, reliable, intelligent and has common sense, things that have been lacking with other firms we've used in the past. We have not yet had a holiday stand-in, so cannot
comment on other staff. The admin is organised and communicative, the management deal with any queries promptly. Again thoughtful, even sending mum a birthday card! This firm has taken so much stress off of us.

The Carers at right at home are really polite, professional, punctual and proficient. They're not just Carers the ladies actually care. I give this agency 100% top star rating. The management are really professional and do their upmost to accommodate all our additional requirements. (Changing care times
to allow for hospital appointments and arranging escorts etc...)

My mother had been totally immobilised and was left at the mercy of others to assist in her everyday functions. This is why her care and support was so important and critical to counteract the emotional factors of her well being. The Care Team were absolutely wonderful! The professional ladies who
came in to take care of her needs had so much patience and love for their job, whilst being efficient, they were respectful of her dignity and feelings.
During my visits, I watched in awe as to the care team's manner of being so tentative towards my mother as it made me realize that even I, being her daughter, could not have done a better job!
It takes a special kind of person to be part of a team that cares for our loved ones... the ladies went above and beyond in their duties of care - so important for the patient to experience at this stage of their lives.


Thank you to the Care Team of Right at Home! You are truly an inspiration to the relatives of our dear and loved ones!!

Excellent and friendly carers. Dad has no complaints and is very content to be looked after by all of your staff. His overall appearance and cleanliness has improved too. This amount of care is taking some of the strain away from me. In all, no complaints at all.

Right at Home is by far the best care agency we have used. When you have carers coming in every day, the two most important things are having regular carers who know our needs and build a relationship with us, and having those carers arrive on time. The carers have built an excellent relationships with
the whole family, especially with my husband. They always arrive on time and if they are running late, will always inform us. Right at Home has been flexible and accommodating with any changes to care and schedule that we have requested. Thank you !!

My mother always looked forward to the care workers coming in. She said they always wanted to help her even when sometimes she was very forgetful. As the carers know this they were so patient with mum and she spoke very highly of them. I knew that if a problem was to arise they would get in touch with
me, let me know. Very satisfied with the care given.

Mum came to live with me in September 2015 following a life changing stroke and two unhappy years in a nursing home. This was the only option we felt that was best suited to mum and had task drive to poor care previously provided by another home. From the first day Right at Home carers/staff arrived,
they were punctual, polite and efficient. More importantly they reassured us the daughters, that we would manage and they reassured mum with kindness, humour, interest and time. They did not take long to get to know mum, her way and ours, and were never judgemental. They will always go the extra mile. This applies to the people who come to assist mum with her primary care needs, as well as the office staff. Right at Home do just that, make you feel right at home. They are supportive and not intrusive. After just over six months, they seem like friends who really are there to help. Priceless! Wonderful!
