Right at Home (Ealing, Hounslow, Hammersmith & Fulham)

My friend is happy with her care because it enables her to remain in her own home, which is her wish. The carer is friendly, punctual, helpful and understanding of my friend's mild dementia. The agency staff are very supportive of her, especially if I am away and she needs medical attention, staying with her into the early hours when an ambulance had to be called on one occasion. They also keep me informed of any problems they may encounter on their visits and discuss the best course of action to help her. I am confident if I go away, I have left her in safe hands and that on a daily basis; they have her care and best interests at heart.

I literally cannot fault the care being given to my godmother (dementia). Right at Home has carefully selected the right carers for her personality and great attention is paid to the consistency in that. All visits are punctual, the carers are interested and engaging and will go the extra mile. From the manager to the office staff at Right at Home, I cannot fault the communication and desire to assist on any matter and are always on call. A very lucky find and cannot recommend highly enough.

I have been extremely happy with the care and support my parents have received from Right at Home. The carers have been well chosen to meet the individual needs of the client(s), especially those that have challenging dementia behaviour like my parents. All the carers were respectful, patient and understanding and have shown nothing but warmth, compassion, empathy and care. Liaising with the care manager, the care coordinator and the finance team has always been very friendly and professional and nothing has ever been too much trouble even at short notice. So glad we found RAH as it has given us peace of mind to know that our parents are in safe and excellent care.

Punctual visits by accomplished caregivers.

We have lovely carers for dad. We have the same carer during the week and another one at the weekend. They help with medication, meals, and some housekeeping duties. The carers are very kind and have been a great support for dad as he has been through a difficult time recently. The carers let me know if there is anything concerning them about Dad so that I can take prompt action. The office staff are very flexible and will do their best to accommodate any changes to the schedule. I don't live near my dad so it's important for me to know that he is seeing someone who has his best interests at heart every day. I would definitely recommend Right at Home.

We have used Right at Home (Ealing) for home care for my mum for several years and we are very impressed with the service provided. The carers look after her extremely well, the communication between them and us is very good. They take great care to think about Mum's wellbeing and are always willing to go the extra mile. I have received the best care possible from my carer. She showered me and helps me wash. She gets all the things she can from the supermarket nearby for me. She is kind and listens to me if I have anything that bothers me. She doe my washing (clothes etc) because I cannot manage to myself (getting to the washing machine). I cannot balance well - I wear a catheter, so she mops the floor for me. She also advises me on what to eat and drink.

Right at Home provide daily help to my sister who is in her 80s, physically fragile and has a compromised memory. Their competent, warm hearted and consistent helpers have enabled her to live alone in her own home and have given her family and friends the fullest confidence that the everyday practicalities of her life are taken care of. Right at Home are meticulous and sympathetic in their communication with myself and we have the fullest confidence in their disciplined approach to handling the Coronavirus protocols around visiting a household. Their office staff are informed, responsive and always friendly.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. We are 100% happy with them. They truly are a great company to work with.

We have found Right at Home to be a very caring and professional organisation. They have looked after my mother for over a year, once a day to three times a day on occasions. Nothing is too difficult for them and I have complete confidence in their service. The carers have all been lovely and caring to my Mother. I had had a bad experience in the past with another care company and it is nice to know that there are companies like Right at Home in the care industry who can achieve the standard required.

I am a service user and have found Right at Home to be a very responsive care company from booking the initial consultancy to my carer starting a day later as I was desperate. My carer has been amazing, she attends day in day out no matter what they are also very dependable with good communication if required. I am very happy with them overall.

If the regular carers are unavailable, the managers step in and cover the shift. Everyone we've met is a star performer.

Dads carers are all cheerful, friendly, supportive, efficient and always on time. We get plenty of warning if there's a change in carer due to holidays etc and the office is always easy to contact if I have any queries.

I have found the Office very good to deal with. They respond to phone calls and e-mails promptly. They are well organised and efficient.

The lady that helps with mum goes above and beyond her duties. She treats her like a person, not 'a job'. She is thoughtful, punctual, reliable, intelligent and has common sense, things that have been lacking with other firms we've used in the past. We have not yet had a holiday stand-in, so cannot comment on other staff. The admin is organised and communicative, the management deal with any queries promptly. Again thoughtful, even sending mum a birthday card! This firm has taken so much stress off of us.

My care is good they look after me well.

They are always there if I need any help. Would recommend them to all.
