We can not thank all the staff at Right at Home enough for the support and care my mum and the family received. The live in carer was so good at caring for mum , we had no worries as to how she was being looked after . All the staff were very professional, helpful and supportive, we would have no problems recommending them as a company to provide care for your loved ones .
We're incredibly grateful for your recommendation and for trusting us with your family's care. We feel honoured to have been able to support your mum and your family during such an important and difficult time.
It means a great deal to hear that you felt reassured and confident in the care...
Excellent.
Thank you for taking the time to review our company, it's a pleasure to be able to support you.
A kind caring person who brings sunshine's into my house.
We receive very good service ay all times. Staff are very friendly and helpful and it makes a huge difference. The office are most helpful too and the service is well worth the cost. We would recommend it to anybody.
Thank you for your kind feedback. We're so pleased you're happy with the service and that our team has made a positive difference. Your recommendation means a lot to us. Kind regards, Chloe
I cannot rate this care company highly enough in terms of its professionalism, excellent communication and the obvious care and empathy the managers have for all their clients and staff. In terms of the carers themselves, my mother always looks forward to seeing them and is animated and stimulated by their company. They are warm, friendly, totally reliable and vigilant. As a family, we feel blessed to have such wonderful carers looking after our mum.
She has now moved to a local care home because of increasing frailty, but we think that the input of the Right at Home Staff in the preceding months all helped to pave the way for a successful transfer. Many thanks for all you did.
Thank you for your kind words and thoughtful review. We're extremely grateful for the trust that you placed in our service throughout the time that we supported Mum and hope that she has settled well into her new home. Our warmest wishes to you all, many thanks.
Despite their challenges, Mum & Dad are safe and well in their own home and look forward to their daily visit.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service. It remains a pleasure to support your Mum and Dad and to see the progress they have made. We look forward to seeing them at the Christmas lunch!
My mum particularly likes the Right at Home lunches and newsletters.
Thank you for your lovely review, supporting your mum is our pleasure.
They are prepared to turn their skills to any job we have asked to be done.
The love and care shown to the client and the family is superb.
Thanks, it has been an absolute pleasure to be able to support you all as a family and look forward to continuing to work together.
The carers are professional, punctual and have a devotion to the clients needs.
My son adores "his ladies" and loves to show this by giving them cuddles which they all vie for. Best agency ever.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service. The ladies love being able to support you both, we wouldn't have it any other way!
A happy service with a feeling of comfort, safety and friendship.
Thank you for reviewing our service, we very much appreciate the support. Kind regards.
My Mum has improved to no end with the continued support of administering vital medication on a daily basis.
The after-hours services are amazing when I had to reach out to them on New Year's Day, for a medical emergency. The carers that visit will always turn a hand to whatever needs doing.
It was great that they got Mum out to the lunch club at Christmas, I am hoping this will continue.
Thank you for your appreciation, it's so rewarding seeing the amazing progress Mum has made, and it was particularly lovely to have her grace us with her presence at our Christmas party! We can't wait to see her at the up-and-coming lunch clubs and look forward to continue working with her. Kind regards.
We had Right at Home (Mid Hampshire) come in for an hour a day to help my mother after a stay in hospital. It was such a successful experience that we continued the arrangement for four years until my parents moved to another location. Right at Home carers were wonderful and were soon welcomed into the home, despite some initial reluctance from my parents to accept help! They were also always a pleasure to deal with. My family couldn't recommend them strongly enough and will always be grateful for everything they did.
We're so grateful that we were able to help both of your parents for so long and wish them well in their new home! Please keep us updated with their progress as I know the carers will be asking after them both! Wishing you all the very best, with kind regards, from all at Right at Home.
If you need a reliable, caring and considerate care company then look no further. My mother-in-law has been using Right At Home for more than a year now and she’s really grasped the importance of having the carers come in and help with her needs. Getting used to a carer coming in can be difficult but essential and we fully recommend this company. They also involve them with coffee mornings and lunches with music and dancing, even give lifts to and from the event! Huge help to our family.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service, we really appreciate the working relationship we have managed to build with your mother-in-law and especially look forward to seeing her at our lunch clubs!
We have been delighted with Right at Home. From the initial contact & super enthusiastic 1st meeting which exhibited a complete understanding of what was important to us. The flexibility when Mum was admitted to the hospital (importantly only charging for only 48 hours rather than 28 days with other providers) was invaluable at a stressful time. All of the carers are kind, prompt and super diligent. The staff in the office couldn’t be more efficient. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended!
Thank you, it has been a pleasure to be able to support Mum as well as you as a family. Thank you for your kind words. Kindest regards.
We are so pleased that Right At Home was recommended to us.
It was our absolute pleasure to care for your father. He is dearly missed, but we are so happy he has settled into his new home.
All the best,
The Right at Home Mid Hampshire team.
I am a young user of Right at Home because I need some care help whilst at university because I am sensory impaired. The carers come in to see me at my student accommodation and help with things like cooking, shopping and some personal care. I really love the carers at Right at Home, they make me feel like family and they feel like family to me. Sometimes when I have no lectures for a day they might be the only people I see, so I look forward to seeing them and they are so kind, caring, funny and understanding, and they make me laugh too. They are really good listeners and help me when I am stressed and really supported me when I was anxious about my first exams. I actually miss them when I come home. I also like that some of them are near my age, so they understand me and we can talk about similar things. All the carers are so kind and treat me so well. Thank you to all at Right at Home, you are great! ????
You are an inspiring individual and it is our absolute pleasure to be able to work with you and support you! Thank you kindly for taking the time to leave us a review.
I can’t express my gratitude enough for the ladies at Right at Home. The transfer from another care company was seamless. Their attention to detail was exemplary and the care package for my aunt was perfect. The Manger kept me up to date whenever necessary regularly in her own personal time. I couldn’t have managed without her or her commendable team. My aunt enjoyed having her ‘well paired’ live-in companion. Right at Home treated her as if she was their own. Thought they were all marvellous. She was thoroughly spoilt with the individual attention and she loved that! The happiest 94 yr old lady laughing and enjoying a glass of wine at the local pub and I didn’t even know she liked Chardonnay! She’d be seen being pushed in her wheelchair around the local roads by her devoted companion. Dedication, compassion, professionalism and the most kindest, caring company you could ever have the pleasure of working with. At least my aunt had a zest for life encouraged by the Manager's fantastic team until she passed. A very happy soul.
It was an absolute pleasure and a privilege to have been able to support your aunt to return home. She kept us entertained and became our own Right at Home celebrity! Thank you for your kind words.
I cannot recommend the services of Right at Home enough. We have had two occasions where we have required their assistance. Firstly with my dad who suffered from MND and then more recently with my mum as her health deteriorated. We had no hesitation in calling them back for mum. On both occasions, their service has been first class with an excellent feedback process and great communication. They have helped us cope with two very challenging situations and we will be forever grateful for their kindness and professionalism.
It was an absolute honour and a privilege to have been able to support both of your parents and your family in their time of need. Thank you for your kind words.
More importantly, my mother's experience with the attending staff and the support provided has been good in all aspects, so not only the physical but the social well-being as well.
Thank you for taking the time to review our provider! It is a pleasure to be able to support your Mother.
