The staff are easy to talk to and nothing seems too much trouble for them, we are indebted to them all.
Many thanks for your kind review! It's a privilege for us to care for your sister. Kind regards.
Right from the start all staff have been amazing and even though there was one who Dad did not like, he let the office know and that person did not come again.
Kind regards
Nick
I can not recommend Right at Home enough. They have been caring for my Grandad for almost a year and the care given has been incredible. He has pancreatic cancer and dementia, they have supported him with his diet, health and memory. My grandmother passed away in May and they have also given him companionship. They treat him as they would treat their own grandparents and I couldn't be more thankful. The manager is always on hand for one of my many calls and texts, peace of mind or assistance, nothing is too much bother for her! Thank you!
Kind regards
Nick
Absolutely outstanding agency. The manager and her team went above and beyond to manage my grandmother's needs and provided exceptional care at the palliative stage. No ask was too much; no job too small. I was liaised and communicated with at a high standard and remained very much involved with every aspect of my grandmother's care. They ensured that the emotional end stage of my grandmother's life was appropriately managed with dignity and thorough care.
Thank you for these kind words, it's so good to know that we were able to help your grandmother so much.
Kind regards
Nick
The carers that I have dealt with all seem to be very genuine people and they have won round my father's wife - she was initially very reluctant to have anyone round to assist with my father but now enjoys their visits.
I have had reports from individual carers in the course of their duties and get updates from our primary contact. Overall I think that we are fortunate in having found Right at Home to care for my father.
Thanks so much for the kind review, and it is a pleasure and privilege for us to provide care for your father.
Kind regards
Service level has been very good using a core of regular carers who have got to know my mothers needs well. Gives us reassurance that she has someone checking in and spending time with her twice a day.
Thank you for your kind review; it is a pleasure for us to assist your mother. Kind regards.
The carers have been doing an outstanding job looking after my father.
Thank you for your kind review, it is a pleasure for us to assist your father. We have been doing our level best to ensure that each client's needs are met during the pandemic. Kind regards.
Right at Home have provided excellent care to support my father in his own home. They were able to provide careers immediately, despite his need arising during the height of the Coronavirus pandemic. I really like that we are emailed a schedule for the week ahead so know which career will be coming and that generally the same careers are used. This has enabled the careers to develop a rapport with both my parents putting them at ease. It is easy to make contact when needs change and the agency has been extremely accommodating. Our experience has been first class and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Kind regards.
We have been extremely happy with the quality of the service your carers have provided. They have been very helpful and willing to do whatever help we have asked of them. The individual carers have been particularly pleasant and cheerful.
Kind regards.
Whenever I had a query, I rang the office and they were always helpful. They listened and were accomodating to my requests.
I always felt that I knew everyone at Right At Home and they were part of my family although it was only for a few weeks.
I am extremely grateful for the service provided by everyone and I would highly recommend them.
Kind regards.
In 2015 I needed to find someone to provide care for my mum after she had been in hospital and had received surgery for a broken ankle and dislocated shoulder. I contacted several firms but none were as helpful as Right at Home. They provided daily visits for almost four years and the caregivers were all fantastic and built up a wonderful relationship with my mum. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the help received from the office staff was also great.
Thank you for the privilege of looking after your mother for all these years; and for your kind review.
Right at Home have provided us with care via the Community Care Team. All their staff have been professional, kind and caring - taking a holistic approach to the family. We asked for help privately, again they were very responsive, flexible and fair, looking at creative ways to solve our problems. We have used many agencies and I would recommend Mid Hampshire Right at Home as a very good team to work with.
Thank you for your kind review. Your father is a very dear man and our care staff love to care for him.
Office organisation was good. Only issue related to sending of invoices to father when the request was made not to do so. The two carers were both friendly, reliable, genuinely caring people. Service enabled father to live at home for longer than would have otherwise been the case.
Kind regards,
Managing Director
As I had never had to use this service before, it was quite daunting knowing how everything worked. Right from the initial visit by the Manager, we were made to feel at ease. Everything was explained and if we had any problems (which we didn't) someone was at the end of the telephone. Even when my father went into hospital we had a follow-up call to see how he was. Very satisfied with the care and time they spent with him.
Thank you for your kind review.
We have been using Right at Home for my husband's care since April this year. It is impossible to say anything negative about them. From the outset, the service that is provided has been professional, caring and competent, with knowledgeable and friendly staff who clearly have my husband's welfare at heart. We both look forward to their visits and they make a great difference to our lives.
Kind regards.
Even to the extent of one young carer going with my aunt to hospital and staying for 6 hours, when we were away on holiday.
This is above the expected duties from anyone. Very well done and thank you all very much.
Kind regards, Nick Turner
is now peaceful and accepting inevitable death within a matter of days at the hospice.
Your carers do really care - and as an NHS GP, I know just how difficult finding and retaining this rare breed of staff is. Mum and the whole family are extremely appreciative.
Warm regards
Right at Home provided first class emergency assistance for my 89 year old mother after a fall, at very short notice. She had been very unhappy in respite care and RIght at Home's 24hr live in carer enabled her to come home and be in familiar surroundings. The carer was very kind, patient and loving and encouraged gentle exercise, good eating habits and social events. The six week stay saw my mother recover physically and boosted her confidence. I thoroughly recommend.
Thank you - we’re very happy to have been of assistance.
The manager has a passion and experience which easily transfers to his team.
Thank you to him and Right at Home mid Hampshire. Keeping the care in the carers.
Thank you for your kind review.
My husband has been treated with warmth and dignity in the time he has been cared for by your company. The carers are always prompt and reliable, nothing is too much trouble for them. I value their kindness and support very much.
Thank you so much for your very kind review.
