The care my wife received was simply excellent. The focus was very much on her needs and how best to meet them. The carers were highly professional but managed to combine this with warmth, kindness and, increasingly, friendship. Right at Home helped to make my wife's final months far more positive than they might otherwise have been. We owe a considerable debt to all the company's staff who dealt with us.

I always found the staff at Right at Home really caring and responsive - the carers who visited my mum were always happy to accommodate her wishes, and would often go out of their way to make sure she was comfortable. The office staff were proactive and able to offer solutions, including responding quickly to health emergencies or needs for extra cover. Mum had a number of different carers over her time, but all were friendly, seemed happy to be there, and treated her with respect.

Thank you H, your mother was one of our longstanding clients who brought much joy to our lives. She always kept that wicked sense of humour - what a force of nature she was! Kind regards.

My parents (in their late 90s) wanted to continue living at home, but were finding the daily round of chores increasingly onerous. Since December Right at Home carers have been coming for an hour or so every day to help with every day matters like cleaning, cooking and shopping. This help is much appreciated by my parents and it has improved their quality of life enormously. We are impressed how quickly Right at Home were able to act when first needed, and how flexible they have been since in matching their hours to my parents changing needs. Thank You.

My wife and I are very very happy and impressed with the service provided. Everyone from the office staff to carers are friendly, cheerful and very efficient. Without their help, I would not be able to be at home, for which we are very grateful.

The care my father received from Right at Home (Mid-Hampshire) was extraordinary. The care, compassion and degree of commitment given to my father by everyone we came in contact with far exceeded our expectations. My father was cared for by their amazing team from February to August, the last 6 months of his life as it turned out.

We will be forever grateful for the ease it provided to him, and by extension to all of us in the family over this difficult time.

I have been a full-time carer for my dad for 5 years. During this time I have been assigned several different care providers by adult services. Right at Home provide the best overall care so far. We've had good care workers on the whole, however, all the other providers were hopeless at management and administration.

This really does add a lot of stress to an already stressful life! Right at Home management and administration is excellent. Our regular care worker is so good with my dad - she stimulates him and he looks forward to seeing her - a minor miracle!

After 2 years and 3 agencies, my husband and I have at long last found an ideal agency for his care. All carers are kind, considerate and very well trained. They all treat my husband (who is tetraplegic) with compassion, dignity and respect. He says "he feels like a human being again". The administration staff are always efficient. Any queries are dealt with immediately and they all have the time to listen to me as my husband's carer.

Whilst Right at Home were only with us a short time before my husband died they were brilliant with him. They treated him with respect and dignity and from the start he was able to swallow his tablets whole and not ground-up and peg fed as before. There was no shouting or aggressive behaviour - in fact he was laughing and chatting with them, something he hadn't done for the last year.

He was also starting to think and plan about the future. I only wish that I had found Right at Home much sooner for I'm sure that with their care the outcome would have been so much different. He would have still been alive today and getting his life back. If you need carers go to Right at Home, you will not be disappointed. They are kind, caring, sensible, practicable people who have an excellent ability to handle people and use their common sense.

I am very happy with the service and professionalism. I have had very bad experiences with other care agencies and understand the frustration and distrust people have with care agencies. Right at Home are opposite, providing good care with my father, encouraging him to walk and keep clean, communicating with me clearly and giving good advice.
