Nick Turner trained and practised as a designer and furniture maker for over 30 years, visiting clients and producing unique bespoke solutions for their needs. It then became time to manage the care of a close relative, and a few years later he was able to apply these skills to starting a high-quality care company.
Having also been involved in voluntary visiting for over 40 years, he is committed to the delivery of care that is passionately compassionate, defining itself in first-class client-centred care. The company is also equally committed to providing the same caring approach to all members of the team in order to provide a well-paid, safe and happy working environment.
He is committed to providing the best advice and resources to clients and their relatives, on the basis that everyone deserves to be treated well and retain their dignity and independence, when in need.
Nick is also keen to contribute more widely and so sits on the board of Hampshire Domiciliary Care Providers, Hampshire Safeguarding Adults Board, Chandler’s Ford and Hiltingbury Dementia Action Group and continues to make links where he can best contribute.
He spends his free time with his wife, children, dogs and other animals, DIY, travel, walking and boating.

My name is Shannon, I started with the company as a Caregiver in January 2019. As soon as I became a Caregiver after my first child, I knew that this was the industry for me, it is truly one of the most rewarding jobs.
In August 2020, I gained my registration from the CQC as a registered manager for Right at Home Mid Hants. I thoroughly enjoy my role and aspire to grow with the company. I love being able to provide care for people when they need us the most and ensuring the quality of care is to a standard I would provide to my own Family.
I live with my Husband Kieran and we have two beautiful children, Isla and Tommy who are my whole world.
I started working for Right at Home as a Caregiver and now multi-task in the office doing finance and scheduling and supporting Shannon with the day-to-day operations of the company. My ultimate goal every day is to ensure we are providing the best care that we can, to our highly valued clients.
I live with my husband John, and two children Billy and Jackson. We love to spend as much time as possible with them my family, and going on holiday.
I started my career with Right at Home in October 2019 as Field Care Supervisor. Prior to this, I had worked 6 years in the field running a project for vulnerable adults with autism, learning disabilities and mental health problems. Right at Home shares the strong morals and values that I hold dear to my heart which enable us to provide top quality genuine care to our amazing clients. I love interacting with people on a face to face basis and am the person who cannot say no to a package of care!
I have a very close family and friend network and enjoy spending as much free time with my loved ones as possible. I have a French bulldog called Mac who I love fussing over and spoiling!
