The service is perfect for her needs and also gives her a little company and also keeps an eye on her. The service is faultless.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service. It is a pleasure to work with your Mother and support her.
I find the carers sympathetic to my situation treating me with respect. Some of the carers know what I need which makes the visit go smoothly. Maria Rose in particular is exceptional and I would like to nominate her for Carer of the Month. I have dealt with Grace since the start and find her to be extremely helpful. When I ring the office I nearly always get an answer to my question. All in all I am satisfied with the help I receive and would recommend this agency.
Thank you for taking the time to review our provider. It is a pleasure supporting you and we look forward to continuing our working relationship with you!
Through their professional care-giving service during these difficult times (the pandemic), my wife has undergone encouraging rehabilitation from several significant health problems since her hospital discharge several months ago - thanks in no small part to Right at Home. In my experience, first-hand over this period, I can confidently recommend this Organisation to those seeking care.
Thank you for taking the time to review our provider. It is an absolute pleasure to work with both you and your wife, and we look forward to continuing our working relationship with you!
The carers are extremely friendly and attentive, punctual and reliable.
So the whole team are making a very significant, positive impact on my life. My family and I are all indebted to them.
Thank you for taking the time to review our provider. It has been our absolute pleasure to suport you over the years and we look forward to continuing our working relationship with you!
We have been using this care provider for nearly a year now. Care is provided by a small number of extremly attentative and dedicated carers who arrive promptly and carry out all if the required domestic and personal care tasks in an efficient and friendly manner. My mother very much looks forward to their visits. The management team have been absolutely marvellous especially in their responsiveness and communication with the hospital and myself in arranging care visits at short notice following my mother's admission and discharge from hospital.
Thank you for taking the time to review our provider. It is a pleasure to work with your mother and support her.
Carers that support my dad are usually of a high standard, they carry out given tasks to a high standard, are friendly, and get on well with dad. Any non-urgent concerns for dad's health are passed to me to follow up. Any urgent concerns have been dealt with immediately, certain carers have gone above and beyond that which is expected of them, overall a very reliable service.
Thank you for taking the time to review our provider. It is a pleasure to work with your father and support him.
I have received first rate service right from my first telephone inquiry and personal interview with a member of staff and my parents. To the continued support, care and understanding shown each week, which is first rate.
Many thanks for your very kind review.
Kind regards
They have provided this service for over a year and a half and my mother has benefitted enormously from their care and attention.
Kind regards
The same two carers using a three week on/ three week off routine works well. They remember the routine - timing, and details of the schedule, which is very reassuring. Generally, they are very competent.
Many thanks for your kind review.
Best wishes
I cannot speak highly enough for the care that was given to my husband for the duration that we used Right at Home. Unfortunately, his needs became such that he has now gone into a care home. Our carer was professional, informative, and got on very well with my husband, which made things much easier for my husband and myself. I can only speak about part-time regular care, but the organisation itself kept in constant touch and were happy to accommodate my need for extra care as and when needed.
Right at Home has provided an excellent and extremely reliable package of support for my mother during the last nine months. My mother is in her 90s, has several chronic illnesses, very limited mobility and a complex medication regime. The care package has been carefully tailored to suit my mother's personal, welfare and medication needs. Care is provided in three prompt daily visits by a small numbers of marvellous carers whose cooking and company my mother thoroughly enjoys. Right at Home have also provided me with excellent support in monitoring my mother's general health, in liaising with hospitals during emergency admissions to ensure that the care package is restarted to coincide with discharge and in adapting to changing medication requirements.
Thank you for your extremely kind review. The team thoroughly enjoys working with your mother and care for her dearly! It's a privilege to work with her.
Right at Home acted swiftly to provide live-in care for my mother so she could go home from respite care and worked hard to make sure we had a good match. We are extremely happy with the care and the carers that are looking after my mother and they have worked hard to ensure that my mother feels comfortable with them helping her in all aspects of her personal care - so much so that Mum has commented that 'they feel like part of the family.'
Thank you for this kind review and we are so happy that our live-in care staff are fulfilling all needs. Kind regards, Nick Turner.
The agency is quick to respond to any queries, staff are openly communicative from the office to the carers, the impression is one of a compassionate organisation that cares about the service they provide.
Hi Nicky, many thanks for this kind review. Nick Turner.
My mother looks forward to the visits and I feel it is helpful to her dementia and well-being. Timekeeping is excellent and the familiar routine is relaxing and the carers are friendly and positive. Probably as times goes on, the need will be for more proactive care. I do feel my mother is a lot happier after a visit, so thank you.
Thank you for your kind review, our carers love visiting your Mother and spending time with her. It's a privilege to work with her.
I have had Right at Home helping me with my brother who has Alzheimer's, which he was diagnosed with in Spring 2020. The managers and care staff have been extremely helpful and caring and I have been delighted with their approach and positive outlook making me feel better as well as providing exactly what my brother needs. My brother is a difficult man very set in his ways and can appear rude. Right at Home have dealt with any issues professionally and in a very caring way always advising me if there is a potential problem and suggesting alternatives that may work. I am extremely delighted with the care and service they have provided to myself and my brother in a year that has been difficult for everyone. Huge thank you and festive wishes to the brilliant team at Right at Home. Kind regards and best wishes.
Right at Home provides an outstanding level of care not only in view of actual hands-on care of a patient but also customer care. They always communicated promptly, the staff was on time, always helpful and respectful and at the same time very friendly. I think this is the best care agency I have ever used. We will definitely look to employ their services again.
I can't thank Right at Home enough. My Mum moved home in July from a Care Home, and the support she, and her partner, have received has been phenomenal. Two ladies not only provide the healthcare Mum needs, but they're also there to provide emotional support and most importantly lots of laughter. They go above and beyond every time they visit and are flexible and accommodating if we need extra help. It's been a huge relief to know she's in such good hands!
Right at Home are always professional and helpful and go the extra mile to sort things out. We are very happy with their service for our client. The carers are very well trained and are caring and kind and always happy to go the extra mile for our client.
We had shortlisted three agencies to provide palliative care for our father at his home. From the moment my sister and I met with a manager, things seemed right - a caring and client-centric approach was immediately evident and we certainly put the team at Right at Home to the test. On my father’s return from the hospice, his condition deteriorated much faster than any of us expected, driving multiple changes to the level of care with many of these requests being made at very short notice. All issues were handled with care, professionalism and actioned with incredible speed. There are no switchboards or voicemails - 90% of calls answered - if not they call you straight back. From the managers to the carers, the ethos of care and empathy shines through. The last days were very difficult and I’m not sure we could have coped without the help and support offered. I cannot fault the service provided to us by this company and would not hesitate to recommend them.
We were able to find a really excellent experienced carer to come at short notice to care for my parents in our home so that we could go away for a week's break. This was the first time we have done anything of this kind and we found the whole process of speaking to the manager and making the practical arrangements smooth and streamlined. We felt a bit apprehensive about leaving my parents but had extremely reassuring telephone contact with the carer on the second day of our trip and were then able to relax knowing that they were in safe and very competent and caring hands. The feedback we got from my parents when we returned was excellent. They looked happy and relaxed and were very complimentary about the details of the care - the food, conversation, attention to details and friendly manner of the carer. We have subsequently been able to arrange for a carer to start soon providing longer-term live-in care.
Many thanks for your kind review.
Kind regards
Nick Turner
