We are extremely happy with the care service provided by Essential Health. My mother in law suffers with dementia and is unable to care for herself. As we live some distance away, it was vital to find a provider we could fully trust to support her daily needs, which includes - meal preparation, support with personal hygiene and administrating her medication.

My mother in law quickly established a strong positive relationships with all of her carers and every interaction we have had with them has always been very reassuring and professional.

We also receive regular feedback after each visit which gives us great peace of mind knowing she is safe, well supported, and cared for with compassion. We would highly recommend Essential Health.

Knowing that someone is going in to see him every day takes so much pressure off all us, so thanks so much to everyone.

All carers have given my wife 100% care as of her wishes to date.

Changed companies to Essential Healthy Ltd recently. Management are excellent, always at the end of the phone if you need them. Carers are very polite and courteous and very patient with mum. Nothing is too much trouble, and they are all doing their very best in caring for my mum whilst I work full time. They are getting to know how mum likes things done for example, her cup of tea and her routine and are really very good at what they do. Their call times are very accurate, and if there is a problem, traffic etc, they will notify me.

All of the carers are professional and treat mum with respect and dignity. Even during periods of bad weather, carers have arrived as punctually as possible and have never let her down. Management has given mum extra medications on prescription (antibiotics and steroids) as required. I feel I can always speak to a member of the team if I have any concerns or need any advice. Management showed real concern about clients' well-being, particularly when my mum was hospitalised recently.

Excellent service, communication is good, continuity of staff is good. Staff are competent and thorough with the care. The carer's are very good with my wife who has very complex and challenging conditions. Time keeping is excellent which is a major factor where the medication is concerned.

My experience of Essential Health as a provider is that they are brilliant, my mum has had a few carers and she has said they are all lovely and very caring and she could not ask for anything more, so we would like to say a big thank you to all the staff and carers, thanking you for everything.

The service care and professionalism, and above all, kindness and thoughtfulness of your team caring for my husband could not be better.

Many ups and downs as expected but with the care and attention to us both (me verbally) from the care staff soon overcome. They are all the extended family now who we can confined in. Would recommend Essential Health to anyone.

Overall a good service - some problems with registered carers but this is always looked at by the office. My wife takes a while to settle with change due to her condition but we get there in the end. All in all, it is a fair service. Good contact with the office staff who will sort our any problem as soon as possible.

The amazing service provided by Essential Health was evident from the first phone call I received and continued through every visit. Every carer I have met has had an exceptional level of care and consideration for the needs of my grandad, going beyond what was expected in order to maintain his dignity and show him the compassion he deserves, he has had other care companies previously and this has not been my experience with those companies. I also have to mention the extra care and support that has been provided to family members, including myself, helping us to talk about wonderful memories and share stories during this difficult time has been a wonderful support to us and I will be eternally grateful for this. Every member of this wonderful company have care at the heart of every visit.

The carers always arrive 'happy' to see us. My husband having fallen the carers were left to oversee medical care - brilliantly.

Mum has been quite poorly lately, the support we have recieved not just for mum has been second to none, with nothing too much trouble the care they have given has been fabulous, not only to mum but to our family, sent out 2nd person for extra support to keep eye on her they have maintained her dignity, shown empathy. They have maintained continuity, communication is excellent letting us know of any concerns. I just want to say thank you for all that you do for mum and my family don't know what we would do without you.

I am very pleased with my carer and what she does for me.

Very happy with the carers; they have taken good care of Mum, always asking if she wants a cup of tea, and they heat her hot water bottles up. Mum feels very comfortable around them, which takes a big load off my shoulders; they always ask how I am coping, just their presence in the house has eased the stress.

The care my son has received over the last five years has continued to be excellent, from both the carers and staff who treat him very professionally with compassion and empathy, which puts my mind at ease.

We do not have any problems. The two girls who visit us are brilliant.

All the staff were very professional in the way they cared for my dad. They were approachable and genuinely demonstrated empathy. I felt very comfortable knowing that the staff were my eyes and ears, as my dad lives on his own. The office staff always kept me informed of any concerns they may have had and readily communicated with my dad's General Practitioner when required. The overall experience for my dad and me was one of satisfaction and contentment.
