All the carers treat my husband with compassion and enable him to retain some dignity. As his disability and thus his mobility decreases they are adjusting their care accordingly. I am always listening for the laughter coming from their attendance.

The carers were truly exceptional with my mother-in-law. We honestly couldn't have managed without their support and we are deeply grateful for all their hard work. The care and kindness they showed her was outstanding. She genuinely enjoyed their company and they always brought a smile to her face. We wholeheartedly recommend Anglia Care to anyone in need of compassionate and professional care.

I cannot understand foreigners, I don't trust them, so I do not ask them to do anything except what they are supposed to do. Do not know any of the carer's names as they do not tell me.

I would just like to commend the carers that looked after Mum and supported her throughout her battle with Alzheimer's, particularly her 'regular duo' towards the end of her life. The care, understanding and compassion that they showed - not only to Mum but also in supporting Dad through such a difficult time - enabled her to fulfil her wish to be at home with Dad until she passed away. The communication that we had was also excellent which was both a practical necessity and a comfort to her family who are by no means 'local'. Communication with other agencies was also swift and effective when there were concerns re Mum's comfort and safety. All in all, I couldn't have wished for a more caring and adaptable team.

Anglia Care are an extremely professional, caring and helpful care provider. They have been looking after my dad for two years building up a care package, adding extended care as required at very short notice at the drop of a hat. They communicate with our family and other agencies where they feel there is a need very hastily and get the help and support so professionally. The staff based at the office and the daily carers are always so caring and professional, never has anything been too much trouble for them. I would recommend Anglia Care 150% as they are an outstanding care provider. They use an app with each visit so I can always see what has happened at each visit which offers such reassurance to know that my dad is safe and well cared for. I have done a review on here before but feel it is necessary to provide a further one as they deserve full praise and admiration always. Thank you Anglia Care team for your ever-supporting help.

I cannot express how important Anglia Care were to the long-term health and welfare management of my late father. The level of service and experience both our father and the family received was exemplary. The carers treated my father as an individual, they were kind and considerate and as their title denotes amazingly caring. Both the head office and carers always went the extra mile, actioned opportunities for improvement when identified and made my father's and the family's experience of care an absolutely positive one. I would be happy to identify Anglia Care to any other family who needs that special care and want a positive experience.

The care for my husband during his long illness was outstanding. The carers were very understanding and respectful and made his last days as good as they could be. Their help was very much appreciated and needed. Thank you so much!

Superb carers and staff. Always friendly and helpful when looking after my Grandad and always react to any feedback, enquiries, or requests promptly. Always show dignity and respect and look after his needs. Genuinely care about their clients, if ever he is in hospital carers call to see how he is. Would highly recommend.

Anglia Care provided 4 visits a day to my mother until her need for additional support at night necessitated her moving into a nursing home. The support from the carers enabled her to stay in her own home for as long as possible and as a family, we will always be very grateful for this. A strength of the organisation is their professional leadership and planning arrangements which were detailed, professional and solution-focused. The use of the family communication app was incredibly helpful, enabling the family to feel confident that visits and tasks had been undertaken. We were able to cancel visits in advance which meant that as a family we could plan to take Mum out as much as possible. Whenever I contacted the office or staff “on-call” I always received a warm positive response with a “can do” attitude. A special thank you to one of the main carers who truly cared for Mum like a family member. I am confident in recommending Anglia Care as a high-quality care organisation.

My carer does all I want to do and am so pleased with what she has done for me . She has done ironing very well, sweeping the floor, my breakfast, lunch, and meals, a cup of tea polishing the drawers and tables. She has been excellent.

I feel compelled to write a review which is not something I ordinarily do. The team at Anglia Care have been nothing short of tremendous, from beginning to end. They have looked after my father with dignity, kindness, and humour. At each stage of his care, they have guided and supported me, especially through difficult moments. I would like to pay special thanks to several members of staff, in particular, you are angels. To all those who also touched my father, thank you. This company really does care for the people they support at home and go above and beyond. They don’t just say it they do it!

I cannot praise the team enough for their professionalism in the care they provided my mum in the final weeks of her life. They treated her with care and dignity in the support they provided, going out of their way to ensure that everything that was possible to be done was done.

It is very daunting when you first have to entrust the care of your loved one to someone else who you or they don’t know. All I can say is that our fears were allayed immediately by the exceptional care, kindness, and professionalism of this company. My mother-in-law was initially hesitant to accept help within her own home but they took the time to really get to know her and built a wonderful relationship with her, allowing her to feel safe and secure through their daily visits, dedication, and knowledge. They consistently went above and beyond what was expected. She came to really look forward to their visits as they gained her trust through their care and attention. I really can’t praise the team highly enough and would wholeheartedly recommend them to all.

The manager came to visit my father and me following my mother's death. She was professional, knowledgeable, and focussed on my dad's needs at a very sad time. She asked lots of important questions and I felt confident that she had a handle on the situation. She promptly found us someone, she was a lovely lady who had to move into a home where there was great sadness, she showed huge compassion. We have had three carers due to shift changes but each one has shown to be experienced and caring. Our main carer is like an angel sent from heaven, we have identified that dad now needs more care and he will shortly move into a care home at his request but I cannot recommend Anglia Care enough. The manager knows her staff and places exactly the right person with the client.

Professional, caring, and outstanding support for our loved one. Daily carers made an effort to understand Mum's needs and to listen to her, which helped build relationships key to gaining Mum's trust. The app also helped to keep us informed at all times.

I am so grateful for the care and encouragement that the carers gave to mum. Without them, I do not think mum would have been determined to get stronger, but they have given her the confidence to walk and do things for herself. I could never repay the happiness you have given mum and the family. If we need help again I would certainly give you a ring, 100%. Thanks a million. Oh and mum misses them so much.
