We have been using Anglia Care for the last 6 months and we have nothing but praise for all the staff. The staff at the office are always polite and welcoming and are very helpful in our needs and will sort it out. They are also very accommodating in postponing care, as my husband has been in hospital several times, just ring up and tell them when the care needs to go back in place and they do it no questions asked. So if you are looking for great care this is the company you are looking for.

Care workers exercised interest, support and a high level of care to meet Mum's needs and were very alert to the special needs that she had. The service was delivered with a smile and provided confidence that all needs were being met.
The carers are kind, polite and punctual.
Her care plans are reviewed every six months and changes made if needed.
As her daughter, it gives me peace of mind that she is happy with her care.

It is said first impressions are often good. I was very impressed with the way the manager carried out the assessment and explained all that was on offer and the way it was presented. As for the carers they all seem to be European, ours is and very efficient and seemed to love her job. Time consistent, always there, others not so efficient or welded to their position. Generally overall the service is VG to excellent.
