My carers are all a Godsend to me. They are all wonderful and I am very grateful for everything they do for me. Having my carers enables me to stay in my own home, without them I would have to be in residential care, which I really don't like the thought of. I can't thank them enough.

This care service provided to my mother has so far been excellent. Her needs have been met. She has been treated with dignity by helpful and cheerful staff, who show a genuine concern for their client.

I am very pleased with the care given to my father by White Cross Care Ltd. The staff are kind and thoughtful towards my father. It is reassuring to know that he is being cared for well during the times that I cannot be around. I would recommend this Home Care company for care. The management team are always available to speak to on the telephone when required.

My wife has been with White Cross Care for eight years now. They have looked after my wife with care and understanding and kindness and my wife considers the staff at White Cross Care has friends they are a first class company who provides excellent care.

Needed to honour my parents' wishes as they wanted to remain in their own home but they needed regular support that I could not provide due to living miles away, having a family of my own and full-time work commitments. The worry and concerns I had have now greatly reduced as White Cross have provided a support structure for my parents and are always in touch should anything happen or change. I would highly recommend this company and service they provide not only for my parents but for my whole family. Highly recommend.

I have used other care agencies in the past and have experienced problems. Whilst employing White Cross we found their support absolutely without criticism and wouldn't hesitate to ask further help should I need it in the future.

I cannot thank the team enough for the absolute wonderful care they gave my father, nothing was too much trouble and even when he was having a bad day they showed care that was out of this world. When he passed away early on the 19th of August they came and helped clean him up ready to be collected by the funeral directors, I wish the care these give was across the hospitals etc. Not all Heros wear capes and these are absolute heroes.

I have been most impressed with the White Cross service in all its aspects. Mum and Dad have found all of the carers sensitive, caring and efficient. Indeed, they have both become quite attached to some of the regular staff. I find the organisation flexible and easy to deal with and the staff quick to report anything of concern to me. On more than one occasion carers have gone that extra mile for Mum and Dad leading me to commend their action to the management. White Cross came to me through recommendation - I am glad they did and I am happy to pass on that same recommendation.

The carers who have looked after my mother have treated her with dignity and have remained professional and concerned for her wellbeing. They have worked well with other health professionals to ensure continuity of care. I would have no problems with recommending White Cross as a care provider to other potential users.

Both my mother and I have been extremely happy with the service and care provided by White Cross Care. The majority of the carers are extremely pleasant and friendly and engage in conversation which is extremely important to my mum who is social in her personality.

In the years up until January 2020 when Mum died, she received excellent care from the White Cross carer staff. Of course, some of the careers were better than others but in the main very professional. Each developed a personal but professional relationship with Mum, the friendliness was both ways. Mum could be quite critical but the White Cross Carers were very tolerant and always pressed on with delivering the care needed. These agencies suffer a high turnover of staff and good ones come and go, the senior members within White Cross were very good. The manager seemed always to be available on the phone if a crisis arrived.

This week the district nurse commented on how well Dad's skin was being cared for, and of course, this is down to his daily personal care, so I just wanted to say a big 'thank you' to everyone.

White Cross Care is company who's only interest is to the patient's in their care.

I have been very pleased with all the help I have been given by all the staff since they started coming in December 2015.
