My parents are very happy with the carers. I have found Trinity to be professional well organised, caring, helpful & good communicators.
My elderly mother lives independently in her own house, but there are now things which she needs help with. The main area of support and assistance provided by the Trinity carers is with showering safety. This has been hugely successful, and all the carers who have visited my mother these last three months or so have shown kindness, compassion, patience and friendliness. I cannot praise them highly enough!
The staff and carers are extremely kind and supportive of all my mother's needs. I find the app which tells me times, visits and a little info as to what happens at visits absolutely brilliant. The two ladies are very helpful in making sure the girls care for all Mums needs. One particular carer has done over and above what is expected for Mum, especially during all the lockdowns. One lady is unfortunately leaving, but for those who had the pleasure of having, she sets the bar for other carers.
Trinity Homecare has been caring for my father-in-law for the last six years. During this time, he has built up a very good relationship with them. This was initially with three calls a day increasing to four. He now has a live-in carer. Trinity carers have always looked after him very well. They have been kind and patient, at the same time retaining a professional approach. We have always had good communication with the senior staff, who have the same caring approach. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have Trinity looking after my father-in-law, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.
The majority of staff are friendly, well mannered and helpful, and have always treated us with respect. However, there is the occasional lack of cleanliness and professionalism. Overall, Trinity is an excellent company with many caring staff, who will help you regardless of circumstance.
I would like to thank Trinity Homecare for their care of my Auntie who has dementia. They all look after her so well and I am very grateful.
I have been using Trinity for my care for a number of years now. The only way to describe Trinity is excellent, they will always go above and beyond to ensure I am taken care of and the carers are all incredibly friendly and professional.
I like the Trinity team and carers. I can call the office anytime. I recommend Trinity to a friend.
I have had my carer for two months, she is extremely professional and caring and treats me with the utmost dignity. I enjoy my food and my carer is very experienced in the kitchen, providing lovely meals.
Care of Mum has been kind, consistent, reliable and professional. Excellent communication and we are always confident that Mum is being well cared for.
Mum was very poorly earlier in the year and after leaving hospital, had to go for respite care in a nursing home. Mum's wish was to get back home with a 24 hour carer and that is when Trinity Homecare came into our lives. Mum is happy, healthy and enjoying life thanks to her amazing care provided by her two carers - her wish has been granted thanks to Trinity. Trinity are respectul, understanding and very efficient.
The care as I said 103! excellent and kind, have used other agencies not half as good.
Recently my carers have been good and I have been comfortable and happy in my own house. They have been cheerful and happy to share my very quiet life
I have been receiving care from Trinity since 17th December 2018, as I was not happy with my other provider. Trinity carers are always cheerful and very reliable. Nothing is too much trouble. The Elmbridge Team is managed well and the manageress always goes the extra mile for me and I feel very safe in her hands. A very knowledgeable girl. I would highly recommend Trinity, they are outstanding.
Have used Trinity Homecare since September 2018, daily visits to Mum who has dementia. All carers we have met have treated Mum with great care and attention to her special needs. They are also in regular contact to update us of any changes or concerns. They fulfil their role with kindness and good humour and without exception have a 'can do' practical approach to the challenge of coping with the varying needs that Mum has.
I have built up a strong relationship with a certain carer who has been my main carer during this time. His weekly visits are looked forward to and he has, during this time, also become a friend of the family.
Had a stroke in 2014. When discharged from hospital had re-enablement carers from a different company then place with Trinity Homecare. Trinity are very good indeed - the carers are really kind and helpful. I have two visits per day. I think of them as my family and really look forward to their visits. Trinity very kindly take me shopping each Tuesday and they also, very kindly, post letter for me. They give me help with anything necessary. I am really reassured to have Trinity Homecare come to me. I rate them 10 out of 10. Thank you Trinity. Trinity very kindly arranged home eye test for me.
We, my son and I, are more than happy with the carers we have, especially my son as he doesn't see many people. It cheers him up for the day to see one of his own gender. He can have a laugh and a joke which is good for him. Very caring person and always kind and considerate.
The Mobizio app allowed shared information regarding the recording of carers and tasks. It was evident that some carers were recording meds as being given when they were not; on one occasion a med was recorded as administered although it had ended months earlier.
We finally emailed the MD and after just 5 days the following were supposedly made:
2. Completed additional training of staff
3. Made changes to our scheduled and unscheduled working supervisions of staff to raise standards.
4. Made changes to personnel.
I believe the person in charge has left the Company.

My father has Alzheimer's and is being looked after by two live-in carers who alternate every six weeks. They are both extremely trustworthy and caring and are very intuitive as to my father's needs. I am so grateful for all their support. I would highly recommend the professional and friendly service received from the Trinity Homecare team.
Thank you for your kind comments.
