The team of carers were very attentive to our mother's needs and became a hugely supportive lifeline for us and our mum. Nothing was ever too much and we know how much they really cared for her needs. We were immediately contacted with any concerns and Mum really enjoyed their company.
Thank you for your review, it is appreciated. It's good to know that we've been able to provide support for the family too - we know how important this aspect is too.
If you're looking for a care provider I would, without hesitation, recommend Alice Chilton.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review of the services we are providing for your father. I am delighted to hear that we go "above and beyond" and we appreciate your recommendation.
After much searching and family discussion, we approached Alice Chilton to discuss the provision of care to my mother-in-law. The carer(s) have seamlessly fitted into the role. August was a challenging period for the family with sickness and many people coming and going to provide respite care whilst my partner and I had a holiday. All the extended family commented on how helpful the carer was and how she just got on with what was required without prompting. Importantly, the carer has developed a positive and respectful relationship with my mother-in-law and has demonstrated the ability to provide compassionate care on many occasions. The carer can assess whether my mother-in-law is able to have a wash and get dressed and when it is important to wait and have a cup of tea before doing anything. I would recommend Alice Chilton with full confidence.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review, we also thank you for your recommendation of our services. It was so good to hear about the positive and respectful relationship that has been built between your mother-in-law and our carer.
I am so thankful and so impressed with the care and the service provided by Alice Chilton. My mum came into their care when she was going through an assessment for dementia. Her symptoms have worsened quickly over the months that Alice Chilton have been involved and they have been so supportive the whole way. My mum loves the carers' visits and is always so happy when they have been. She mentioned each one's personality and is visibly happier after they call (even if she can't remember they have been). They do everything we need them to do, but they also sing with her, dance to the music, watch a bit of TV and are companions which is what she needs. Everyone is invested in my mum's needs and we have regular communication with the team. They are always on hand to help and are flexible with the care they provide, tweaking it to ensure it meets mum's needs as her condition changes. I am so grateful for their support as they really put my mind at rest knowing they are there to help.
Thank you for your review of our services. We are very pleased to have such feedback and hear the positive comments about the support we have been providing your mum, particularly nice to hear that the visits leave her feeling happier.
We are very pleased with the service and professionalism of Alice Chilton. We have used the company for short-term needs and now have support for long-term care. We were recommended to Alice Chilton by friends who had used their excellent services. In these difficult days for social care support, it is nice to be able to rely on Alice Chilton and their staff.
Thank you for your review and for recommending our services, it is also good to know you were recommended to us by your friends.
I cannot recommend Alice Chilton highly enough. They cared for my mum for 4 months until she sadly passed away suddenly. The communication from the management team was excellent and they were very supportive. The caregivers were amazing, friendly, helpful, and patient. My mum was always happy to see them. Mum had Dementia and the team really understood how to care for someone with this devastating illness.
Thank you so much for your review of our care support for your mum. Although in difficult circumstances we are pleased to hear that the support we provided was how you and she wished for it to be, with patience, friendliness and dignity.
Alice Chilton provide an excellent service. Mum's companion carer is so lovely and caring. She takes Mum out when she feels like going out. She will make a meal for her when required or assist in the home with anything that needs doing. Mum really enjoys spending time with her and this frees up time for me.
Really pleased to hear that your mum is enjoying the companionship support we're providing and getting along so well with her Carer. We appreciate you taking the time to review our service.
When my father lost his driving license, due to failing eyesight, his world fell apart. I had been recommended Alice Chilton In-Home Care Services by a neighbour so I contacted them. They were able to provide a driver/companion with whom he has formed an excellent relationship. He now requires a little more help in his home and once again I have turned to Alice Chilton. The company is friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in the welfare of my father and, may I add, the family as a whole.
Thank you for your review. We are so very pleased that we've been able to help your father in this way and that you and the family feel supported too, that's also important.
Gave a very professional and caring support to my Dad. Carers were very well trained and asked all the correct questions and took appropriate actions.
Thank you for your review of Alice Chilton In-Home Care Services. I am pleased that you found the support we provided for your dad both caring and professional.
I have been very pleased with the care Mam received from the carers that visited 3 times a day. They were very caring, patient and understanding. Contact between the carers, office was very good. Nothing was too much trouble.
We appreciate your review and are pleased to hear that our team were caring, patient and understanding.
We have been using Alice Chilton for 3 months now and could not be happier. As a family we are reassured, contented and extremely pleased with the level of care they offer, not only at carer level but the management team as well. They are professional carers who take the time to get to know mum's needs, likes, and dislikes, and the person beneath the Alzheimer's diagnosis.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review for us. It is important for us to know that family members feel reassured about the care and support we are providing for their loved ones.
Although we only had Alice Chilton carers for a short time, due to my mother-in-law's condition changing, I would absolutely recommend this care provider's services. The help and support I received was truly amazing. The care my mother-in-law received was excellent. Thank you.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review for us. It is very much appreciated and we're glad the support we provided for your mother-in-law was very positive.
We have a carer every day to shower and help dress. The continuity is excellent and time-keeping is really good. Everyone understands the problems of people with Parkinson's.

Alice Chilton has been like part of the family for nearly 3 years. Its carers looked after our parents who had different requirements and conditions. The carers were caring, professional and could not have been kinder to Mum and Dad. Highly recommended.
Thank you for your review. It has been a pleasure to support both of your parents over the last few years. If you have any further feedback please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Alice Chilton have been providing wonderful personalised care for my mother for over 4 years which has enabled her to stay in her own home. They have proved reliable, practical, efficient, and delivered their care with smiles, warmth, and encouragement. The organisation has been flexible to changes in needs and they have communicated well with us. Very impressive service, we are very grateful.

From the initial phone call (with a senior member of staff), I immediately felt I was in the hands of a caring company. The service and costs were very clearly outlined and I was immediately offered a date when care could commence. My mother and I were then visited (again by a senior member of staff) and it was clear that her needs and requirements were foremost in sourcing the most suitable members of the team to look after her throughout. I have neem most impressed with the personal and selfless treatment the staff have given and I am wholly thankful to this wonderful team of truly lovely people.
Thank you for your feedback and lovely comments. We are very pleased to hear that your experience from the initial conversation through to the support we are providing for your mother are as you hoped for.

Alice Chilton have provided exemplary care for the past five years, initially for my Mum who has sadly passed, most recently for my Dad. The team who care for Dad are compassionate, caring, and reliable. The whole team is fabulous, they know my Dad and us personally. We have a very positive experience as what Dad needs changes and all the team flex. Alice Chilton are Team Dad.
Thank you for your response. It was a pleasure to support your mum and now we're delighted to be helping your dad too. Very pleased to hear the positive feedback about the team and the personal connection.
Both my husband and I are very happy with the service we receive from Alice Chilton In-Home Care Services. Most of the carers come on a regular basis which helps to get to know them really well and they know our routines. They all treat my husband with the utmost respect and bring out his sense of humour.
Many thanks for taking the time to review the support and care we provide for your husband and nice to read the comment about bringing out his sense of humour. I am pleased that the support is in line with your expectations.
Alice Chilton provide regular care to my mum and have done so for over a year now. We are very pleased with the standard of care provided and my mum enjoys having the same carer to visit (when possible). The carers are very friendly, helpful and reliable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
