Alice Chilton has been providing care for their client for at least four years. Their priority in providing first-class care is second to none. Their carers perform their tasks with care and consideration to their clients. Their enthusiasm and willingness is a credit to them and the agency.

Alice Chilton In-Home Care Service Ltd are professional, caring and totally focussed on servicing the needs of their clients. What I find most impressive, is that I have an ongoing relationship with the management team where my needs are reviewed regularly, and I am confident to discuss any slight issues

We as a family needed help and support for my mother and her carer (my father). This was provided by this private healthcare company. The service was focussed entirely on support for my mother and also my father.
The concern, provision dignity and organised care by Alice Chilton In-Home Care in aiding
my mother meant she could remain at home. I cannot thank them enough from the management to the actual carers. They were outstanding. Thank you.

My first experience of a care provider locally was horrendous, so thank goodness I found Alice Chilton otherwise I don't know what I would have done.
I cannot rate highly enough the carers, as I know my mum isn't the easiest person to get along with but they have the patience of a saint with her and
it is fantastic that there is someone on hand from the office out of hours, always to communicate back to me immediately if there are any problems.


Alice Chilton has been first class from the start, very professional, lovely office staff and carers. They are providing great care and knowing that my mum never wants to go into a home, I’m so relieved that as time goes on, Alice Chilton can be there 24/7 for her.


If anybody is looking for a care company in Handforth and nearby areas, in my opinion, I would suggest not to look at any other company than Alice Chilton and I wish I had found them first.

Alice Chilton over the last 3 1/2 years before my father passed away have been a source of comfort and care to both Dad and I.
Their caring is compassionate, professional and reliable. They have never routinely let us down and always there in an emergency.
Always accommodating if possible and don't
give unrealistic promises.
Personal care is given with encouragement, privacy and dignity and changes with the service users needs.
They have become part of our friends and family. Special.

I cannot recommend Alice Chilton highly enough.
My elderly Aunt lives alone, some considerable distance from other family members. She needs assistance with day to day living but is determined to remain independent and in her own home for as long as possible.
When I contacted Alice Chilton they completely
understood not only my Aunt's needs but also my feelings at being unable to care more for her myself, due to distance.
The whole staff, from managers to carers take pride in the service they provide and treat their clients like their own family members. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always available to discuss any concerns or issues you may have. They don't rush their visits or make you feel as if they are too busy to help.
In my opinion, they are a truly caring care service.

We would thoroughly recommend this agency for the professional way in which it is run and for the high calibre and commitment of the team of carers we encountered during our late aunts illness.
Staff are given the time and have the dedication and skills to offer a really high level of service. The
quality provided was exceptional and made it possible for our relative to remain in her own home despite her terminal illness. We feel that the carers became like family friends, whilst at the same time remaining totally professional in carrying out their duties.

I have a carer who assists me to shower twice a week. I like that I get the same carer for every call. If I need to ring Alice Chilton for anything they are always very helpful. If my carer is sick or on holiday they let me know who will be coming and it's usually the same on who has showered me before.

Qualified to Levels 3 and 5 in Health & Social Care Caroline is an exceptional Care Professional with years of knowledge and practical experience too. She is a Medication Train the Trainer.
