Care In my Home Herts Reviews (10)
Over all time Care In my Home Herts has 10 reviews.
My grandmother has been with OmerCare Ltd for six years. She is looked after extremely well.
Very pleased with the service my mother receives. The carers who care for my mother are really lovely, very caring and often go over and above what they are paid to do.
Would I recommend - I already have. OmerCare balance professionalism with care in a wholly client-focused service. The carers are so caring, adaptable, proactive and utterly trustworthy. Absolutely first rate.
So far it has been excellent, lovely ladies to deal with.
My mother has the most caring and understanding carers that anyone could ask for. We trust them implicitly. We have always had involvement with them and have a great two-way communication. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the team. The office staff send weekly visit details and have always reported any concerns. My mum, living away from my family has a second family in them. Thank you to each and every one of the team.
The carers build an excellent rapport with Dad who has dementia. They understand the condition and adapt the care accordingly. The carers treat Dad with respect and have a genuine interest in him and his wellbeing. They encourage and support Dad. He doesn't understand they are carers, but he says they are lovely people who look after him and take him out for a walk. Dad looks forward to their visits and enjoys the conversations and has a laugh with them. I trust the carers and they are genuine and take time to ensure all is well. The management and admin are also well organised and can adapt to Dad's care needs.
I'm so grateful to OmerCare. They are all so dedicated. When my mum was ill with Covid, carers and office staff all rallied to help. I live a long way away. It's such a relief to know there are people who look after Mum with genuine care and compassion. I can't thank them enough.
My carer does everything I ask. She remembers where everything belongs and she could not be more helpful or friendly.
Very caring and understanding.
During the pandemic, I am having OmerCare for an hour every Sunday once a week for some companionship which is very successful. Prior to the pandemic, OmerCare came every weekend as my private live-in carer had the time off to return to her own accommodation.
