I am very happy with the carers who come in once a day in the morning to help with my personal care, showering me, making the bed, empty the commode and helping me with dressing. They give me my breakfast also leaving me three glasses of water for me to drink through the day. They make sure I'm alright
then leave.
I do my own medication, drops in my eyes. I can't manage myself as I used to since my last fall.

Able Trust have been caring for my husband for eleven months. Two carers attend him four times a day. Their dedication to his needs has never faltered. The carers have formed a close bond with my husband and our family. Able Trust Care are professional in their quality of care. We see the carers as
friends, supporting us through an emotional time. We admire them for the joy, laughter and love they bring to our home.

I was introduced to Able Trust Care in very difficult circumstances.
The owner/manager went above and beyond in order to help me look after my mother in her last days.
The extraordinary presence of the live-in carer made the last 17 days of Mum's life so peaceful and lovely that her eventual death
was something we all shared.
The 'girls' who came four times a day to help with Mum's personal care were kind and compassionate, professional and generous with their time and duties.

Able Trust Care provided 4 times daily service to my bedridden Mum in the last 3 weeks of her life.
The ATC crew were punctual, considerate, careful and did their work efficiently.
They, at all times, were aware of Mum's dignity and were engaging and kind.
To my sister and I, they were also considerate
and deferential.
Our live-in carer was exceptional, both as a trained nurse with experience and a seasoned "pro" and as a wonderful person of faith.
Her devotion was infectious.
We felt blessed indeed to have so much help from such beautiful people. Bravo.

We have been completely satisfied with the care provided. The trust manager runs and efficient agency and is constantly checking that my mother in law feels safe and happy with their services. I would recommend Able Trust Care to anyone.

My review went very well. I did understand very well everything that was explained to me. The care I am getting from the agency nurses is excellent. I could not get any better. They are all very pleasant and kind. We would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Very kind, nice, helpful people. They work very hard in all weathers. Very reliable. Meals are usually quite nice and meals are varied.
Sometimes staff are very busy and don't have a lot of time.
Helped sort someone to look at my feet which was very kind and helpful.

The care manager discussed with myself and my daughter how we thought the care was going: we were satisfied and could they improve on anything. We went through all of the paperwork together and everything was satisfactory.
We are extremely pleased with the agency. I would recommend them to any of my
friends and colleges.
