Rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (March 2020) All About Home Care is a high-quality, independent, community-based home care company serving the Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks and Maidstone areas.

They help clients live independently in the comfort of their own homes, with support designed around their needs and wellbeing.

This can include assistance with daily activities such as personal care, medication, meals and domestic tasks. They help clients keep physically and mentally active and socially engaged, with visits timed so as not to be rushed.

They also specialise in supporting people living with dementia, with neurological conditions and at the end of their lives.

Clients are supported by small teams of familiar, carefully selected carers so they can get to know each other as individuals. Carers receive dementia care training designed by the Alzheimer’s Society and social care qualifications through their training partner, Hospice in the Weald.

I cannot praise All About Home Care highly enough. At every point, the team, particularly the manager, went the extra mile taking on board our lack of knowledge and familiarity with home care and the urgent and changing problems that needed addressing. All About Home Care does not treat fulfilling their
client's needs as just a job but with genuine and credible engagement.

My mother was eighty-eight years old and lived alone. She had a distressing reaction to an operation in June and needed care and support at home. We contacted All About Home Care and had a visit from their manager to access my mother's needs. She was very professional and reassuring. We agreed on a
care plan which was quickly put into place.
The carers were absolutely lovely. They took time and patience with my mother, who has moderate dementia and the Manager kept in constant contact with me. Most of the time it was the same carers so my mother had familiarity. Not living locally, it was a huge relief to know my mother was well cared for and secure.
I would recommend All About Home Care without any reservations, they are a professional caring company.

We have been using home care for my parents for over a year. My Father 96 and Mother, 89 with Alzheimer's.


Care: Exemplary, you could hardly fault the professionalism, efficiency, reliability, patience and skills of the team of ladies/men who care for my very challenging parents. I feel some of

the team almost love them! The carers provide cooked lunch and dinner, hygiene, drug administration and all forms of domestic help. Ironing washing up, cleaning ovens etc are able to make sensible suggestions which help me enormously. They talk to my parents and do not just arrive to do tasks. They take time to find out about their lives and provide a much-needed form of friendship to my parents.


Administration: Precise and responsive. Very knowledgeable and efficient.


Communication: Remarkable. The management pay attention to detail, are courteous and VERY reliable. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty on numerous occasions, even when off duty!

I couldn't have wished for better care until the very end for my darling wife's life.


The care manager and her team were caring, compassionate, kind, respectful, thoughtful and considerate, always turned up on time and when they were supposed to do so!


Always kept me informed of any developments

as they occurred and treated me with respect and total support in my decision to have her at home and to help care for her until the end of her life.
They all became part of my extended family and it was very touching when some of the team and their care manager turned up for the funeral service.


My family were very impressed with the friendly way they worked with my wife and for her comfort and many commented on the commitment of the girls which seemed on many occasions to be over and above what was needed, I do believe that they all became very fond of her during the time they were with us.


I have missed them being here, even now after she died in May and I'm so glad I had this company.

I have been receiving support from all About Home Care for nearly 2 years. I am extremely happy with all the care and support that I receive from all of the care team. All of the carers are brilliant and always treat me with dignity and respect. Carers are always on time and always take time to understand

We had previously used All About Homecare in 2015/16 for my father and their dedication and care had been exemplary, taking him with dignity right up to his death, allowing him to stay at home until the end.


We then asked them if they could provide a slightly different service for our mother, who

at 84 is still very active but has Alzheimer's Disease and was living at home alone following our father's death in 2016.
We needed someone to take her shopping, have some lunch with her, take the dog for a walk with her, a companion for a few hours to encourage her to get out as the dementia slowly robbed her of her memory and confidence. The lady who came to help her was one of our father's original carers, so she already knew mum and understood her.
This worked brilliantly for about a year until my mother's Alzheimer's determined that she needed a full time live in carer. So sadly we had to say goodbye.
As a family, we cannot recommend them highly enough.

I used All About Homecare for 6 months for my mother, who needed a single long daily visit following a hip fracture aged 90. From the outset, I found the agency professional, straightforward and efficient. When approached at relatively short notice they were able to supply the hours we requested, accommodated
requests to change days to fit in with our other, privately employed, carer, and most impressive of all, sent the same 2 carers for the entire 6 months.


These 2 carers got to know my mother well and responded to all her needs. I always found them kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Management were available and responsive in dealing with any requests or concerns.


I would have continued with the agency long term had my mother not had a stroke and needed to move to a nursing home.

All About Home have been providing care to my mother since July 2016 in her own home, and now attend three times a day.


We have always been very pleased with the service provided. It is very professional, the staff are always polite and attentive to Mum's needs. She always looks forward to their

visits.


We visit twice a week and are greeted professionally by the staff of All About Home, if they are in attendance. They update us on Mum and we can always review their notes from previous visits.


We as a family would highly recommend this company as a care provider. It came as no surprise that they are rated as Outstanding by the CQC.

I am an 84-year-old bachelor who has been receiving care from All About Home Care for 15months.
From the start, carers understood my independent nature and for them to fit into my lifestyle within the home I have lived in for forty years. They arrive puctually and are available for the full hour.
I have found the management very helpful when interacting on my behalf with the surgery, DWP, hairdresser and chiropodist.
My cat is a source of attraction to the carers and on occasions, they have helped with his medication. I have no hesitation in recommending All About Home Care.

I have worked with All About Home Care for nearly a year now, helping to care for my elderly mother who lives at home alone. She has been diagnosed with Vascular Dementia and has become increasingly more prone to short-term memory loss. She remains however strongly independent and this has presented
her family with significant problems, balancing her need for independence with our concern for her safety and welfare.


The staff at All About Home Care work efficiently and sympathetically. My emails and phone calls are dealt with immediately, the administration is highly efficient and communication with carers is highly effective. Accounting for expenses, costs of carers etc is comprehensive and correct.


The carers do a very difficult job very effectively and sympathetically. My mother initially resisted having visitors in her house, but with skills and patience, the carers soon became a welcome part of my mother's daily routine. The carers, as well as providing company, carry out any task I have asked eg doctor's visits.
