Overall Experience
I had an enjoyable experience with my care after having a shoulder operation in December '25
My carers were very helpful and caring during my recovery. They were always prompt and arrived as per my schedule arrangements.

I found the office staff were very friendly & were sympathetic to my needs, they did everything in there power to assist me.

Overall Experience

I feel it is a brilliant company who really care for the people they look after. My carer helps me so much - I don't know what I'd do without her. She is polite, caring, thoughtful and always happy. I look forward to her coming. I would recommend this company.

My mother has always found her carers to be careful, considerate, and very kind to her. They help with shopping when she runs short on any items and make sure she has the appropriate medication.

Overall Experience

We have been supported by Bright Dawn now to care for my mother for 2 years. During that time Mum has been treated with the utmost respect, she looks forward to the daily visits for care & companionship & has a great friendship with her 2 carers. The USP for Bright Dawn is continuity for those being supported which has enabled the trusting caring relationship to flourish.

Bright Dawn were very quick and responsive to provide a companion/care for my wife during the time she was in hospital. In a time of great stress, we were very grateful for their flexibility and support. The carers were all lovely but special thanks to one staff member who was particularly lovely.

Very pleased with everything. The carer who comes to look after me was well matched to my needs and interests. Always on time and very pleasant company too. Extremely pleased with the company's communication, correspondence and admin too, though three are secondary really to the excellent care we have received from our carer.

I find the carers efficient and they do all they can to help. They go beyond the call of duty. They are friendly and good company when they are here. All the staff if they ring are very good.

Overall Experience

My husband has three regular waking night carers. They are all excellent and go that extra mile. They treat him with respect and have great patience. All dealings with the company have been positive. They are all trained well and I can always rely on them. When he is being difficult, they come in and take over and calm him down.

Overall Experience

Truly dreadful service, several carers were totally unsuitable. Two spoke hardly any English. One had "issues with inappropriate touching" but was still sent on calls. Three did various amounts of damage to my property which the company would not put right, now I have finished with them and paid them and today I've been threatened for non-payment. I never had a service agreement although it was promised in the post.

My Aunty had a hip replacement surgery and needed a little extra help, Bright Dawn provided that extra help. They have been very helpful and supportive, kind and caring my Aunty is very pleased and so am I. A staff member in particular has been wonderful very helpful, hard-working, and friendly.

My dad has been receiving care from Bright Dawn Home Care since he came out of hospital in February 2024. From the onset, they were efficient in understanding his needs and providing suitable care. A very different experience than that from a previous care agency. They have continued to be very accommodating and efficient in meeting his needs, are always available for any queries and these are acted on promptly. All staff I have encountered have been professional and caring and continuity of care is at their forefront. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bright Dawn Home Care.

From the very first contact, all of the staff at Bright Dawn Home Care have been extremely helpful and supportive and nothing has been too much trouble. Tracy Ferreira

Tracy is originally a teacher from South Africa. However due to her own personal experience regarding her struggle to find good quality home care for her father, she decided to change her career path and open a care agency; whereby she could provide the quality of care she was unable to find for her father.
