Good service, very capable, provided alternative carer when requested.
They are the best!
Carers always very helpful and pleasant. Carry out care as required.
We have used this agency for four years and have no intention of leaving them. They always do everything they can to meet my wife's changing needs. The carers are very professional and friendly. They look after me very well indeed and I feel extremely safe with them.
Bright Dawn visit my mother once a week for an hour. This is to introduce a regular person into the home to build up a relationship, initially as friendship and companionship. My mother has Alzheimers and is requiring some extra support with hygiene, nutrition (eating!) and medication prompting. I hope to enable, with funding the services of Bright Dawn once the assessment is completed. They are a reliable, consistent care company and very supportive to myself.
Very pleased with my carer.
I have been with the agency since Jan 16tth 2015. During that time I have had several carers each of them kind, courteous and absolutely reliable. Contact between carer, office management and client is much better than previously. Service is good although expensive. I could recommend the agency to others but only if I knew they could afford it. My own ability to use the service is due to receiving an attendance allowance.
