I cannot say how pleased I am with every aspect of the company. From wonderful carers who have become close friends with my mom to the manager, who has gone above and beyond to help both mom and me I reside in the USA.
The owner has been most helpful and understanding, helping us in our Somewhat unique circumstances during testing times.
I have full confidence that mom is receiving the best possible care, which is a great comfort for me living so far away.
I am so delighted that you are happy with the care and support we are giving your mom. Thank you for the kind words, they are greatly appreciated. Our ethos at Bright Dawn is always to provide the highest level of care throughout all of our services to our wonderful clients. It is important to us that everyone involved feels supported.
Bright Dawn Home Care have been providing companionship/help for my 97-year-old sister with the utmost professionalism for almost two years. I live 350 miles away from my sister and with Bright Dawn taking on her day to day care, I know that any worry I might have will be attended to speedily and in a sympathetic manner. For me the whole team are stars.
Thank you for taking the time to review the services we provide for your sister and for your kind words about our fantastic staff.
Bright Dawn Home Care stepped in so quickly to help with my mother's care (my mother has MS, so needs specialist care). All staff members are very knowledgeable and caring and show huge professionalism. I would thoroughly recommend their services.
Thank you for taking the time to review the care and support we provide for your Mother. The staff enjoys spending time with your Mum, Dad and their lovely big friendly dog and I am so pleased we were able to step in at short notice and have the opportunity to meet you all.
My mother was able to remain in her own home thanks to the Bright Dawn team. She formed a strong relationship with almost all of the Bright Dawn care visitors. The carers were professional and compassionate. Their support is much appreciated by her family. Thank you Bright Dawn.
The care company endeavour to give the same carer as much as possible which is comforting for my Father. Always able to speak to someone if needed.
We are very happy with the care that Mum receives. She has dementia and has had several falls but the carers have been a great support to her and to the family. The office staff too have been helpful and responsive.
I have been using this company now for many years and find them to be more than satisfactory. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family. The contact with the office is easy and they are always pleasant, helpful and polite. If they say they will phone you back they always do. The caring staff are always pleasant and efficient.
A very reliable care agency, we were never left without a carer and every effort was made to ensure we had our regular carers, wherever possible. The carers were professional, trained to look after patients with dementia, kind and caring to both my mother and I. They worked to build a trusted relationship. Even last minute 'could I have an extra session?' was always obliged.
Did what it said on the can. Splendid.
Thank you for the lovely response. We are pleased that we could help.
Mum has had a spell of hospital visits and stays since June and at every point of changes Bright Dawn Home Care management team and carers have implemented everything very quickly. Mum's dementia has taken a big dip and needs all her meals provided. We have recently been told that mum has cancer and we are seeing the specialist shortly. Everyone at Bright Dawn Home Care has been so supportive to us and mum and would definitely recommend them. They are all "Our Angels" and all worthy of an award recommendation. We have a difficult time ahead and it's a great comfort knowing that Bright Dawn Home Care is there for us all.
All providers have been helpful, visit us regularly are always on time and assist us with all the things we need doing. Unfortunately, management is poor and has not been helpful when transport has been needed for essential visits to hospital.
Excellent, caring, professional service.
I truly do not know what we would do without Bright Dawn Home Care.
Friendly and efficient administration service. Excellent Carers, good timekeeping and high-quality staff. Clearly well trained.
My mother has a certain carer on a Thursday afternoon for respite for my mother. The carer is wonderful with mum and dad. Although we now have daily carers from social services, we decided to continue to have the same carer on Thursday which we pay for. Social services now pay for mum's daily care. Dad said they are not as good as the carer who cared for mum two mornings a week. I also find the person in the office always polite and helpful.
The first interview was very professional hence my choice. The carer chosen is a perfect match for me and she is the regular lady. I am more than satisfied.
I am very satisfied with the work and help given by the carer who regularly serves me. Other carers are helpful but are not always familiar with what is required. I am dependant on the carer who is most helpful. Other cares vary but are always helpful.
Generally OK. Difficulty contacting my wife after her telephone was removed. My wife was not always comfortable with staff looking through her drawers. Otherwise generally satisfactory.
Generally, we have a panel of 7 carers looking after us. We need 2 carers to hoist me in and out of bed and into a wheelchair.
We find our carers are most helpful, knowledgeable and supportive.
There has been a consistent attention to mum's needs (Alzheimer's) while they have been going into mum's home. Attention to her individual needs has been satisfied although mum is very unpredictable, things have not been forced in her hygiene and personal care. This is fine as she can be very difficult. The support is good and mostly the familiar faces mum's having is maintained to ensure her well-being and happiness where it is possible. Helpful service when it is necessary to call with regard to queries or issues.
1 and half hour trips to town. Coffee Afterwards
