Bright Dawn Home Care provides home care services to people living in the Solihull borough and surrounding areas. Their live-in care services offer around the clock care and are available across the Midlands.

Each service provided by Bright Dawn Home Care is tailored to meet the client's needs, wishes and general well being and allowing for flexible care.

To ensure a quality, dignified service, the same care assistant/s visit clients at each call to ensure continuity of service, providing hour long calls, at a time suitable to the client and meeting individual needs and preferences.

Care assistants are fully trained to provide personal care including help with bathing, assistance with dressing and grooming, assistance with eating and hydration and offer medication reminders. Care assistants are matched with the client's interests and requirements to provide a holistic care service.

I was recommended to Bright Dawn by a friend who had used the care service for his mother and to date I have not been disappointed with the service they have given. The carer my mom has takes a genuine interest in both my mom's physical and social well-being. I know my mom was reluctant to have care
to start with as she is very independent, however, I feel she really appreciates the help she now has first thing in the morning. Bright Dawn make every effort to send the same carer whenever possible, however, there are occasions when there is a change, but they will always advise me of any changes in advance if this is possible, either online or by telephone.

Bright Dawn Home Care have been supporting my parents for many years, initially with a lower level of support, but building up over time to reflect their changing needs. They have always provided a professional, reliable and caring service which we totally rely on. Without their care and consistency,
my father would have been unable to remain in his own home. Would definitely recommend to others.

Carers from Bright Dawn helped my father in the mornings since March 2022. The standard of care and assistance was excellent throughout and hugely appreciated by my mother in particular. As well as excellent care, the administrative arrangements were always clear, communication regarding visit times
(consistent and on time) was excellent and it was easy to speak to someone in the office team when necessary. All in all an excellent service, thank you.

My mother is 96 years old, has Alzheimer's and has 24-hour live-in care. The care she has received has been excellent from the outset. The carers she has had have all understood her needs and treated her with dignity and care even when her condition has been challenging. The support from the office
staff has also been excellent and any problems or questions that have arisen, have been dealt with immediately.

My mother has been receiving Bright Dawn Home Care since September 2021. The service has been exemplary throughout the period, with the carers turning up on time and staying for the allotted time. They seem to show the due amount of care during their visits and on occasions seem prepared to go the extra
mile. The carers have contacted me where there has been an issue, and together we have managed any problems that have arisen. I have had to contact Bright Dawn on many occasions either by phone or email, and each call has been handled speedily and efficiently. Overall, an excellent service and I've been very pleased with it over the months.

Excellent carers who have been looking after my mum for almost 12 months. Always inform you if there are any problems and extremely helpful. Mum has a good rapport with all of them and they treat her with the utmost respect at all times.

The carers are lovely and helpful and I will miss them all. Unfortunately, the price was too much and we had to find a cheaper company.
Gladly it is the best thing we did. Our new care company care more about people than money.

My uncle received excellent care from the Bright Dawn Home Care team. His progressing dementia and mobility problems were handled well by the team of regular carers that visited several times daily, looking after mealtimes, morning and evening routines, and companionship calls. The family were able
to discuss changes to care arrangements with the manager, and feedback was always welcomed and taken on board. We got to know several of the carers well ourselves, and could see firsthand their level of thoughtfulness towards my uncle's care.

My mother has been looked after by carers from Bright Dawn Home Care over the past two years.
I cannot say how pleased I am with every aspect of the company. From wonderful carers who have become close friends with my mom to the manager, who has gone above and beyond to help both mom and me I reside
in the USA.
The owner has been most helpful and understanding, helping us in our Somewhat unique circumstances during testing times.


I have full confidence that mom is receiving the best possible care, which is a great comfort for me living so far away.

Tracy Ferreira

Tracy is originally a teacher from South Africa. However due to her own personal experience regarding her struggle to find good quality home care for her father, she decided to change her career path and open a care agency; whereby she could provide the quality of care she was unable to find for her father.


Tracy is passionate about Dementia care and educating others in this areas. Tracy has become Dementia trained, she has obtained a BSC degree specialising in care management and mental health. She is the director of Bright Dawn Home Care, and The Registered Care Manager.
