To ensure a quality, dignified service, the same care assistant/s visit clients at each call to ensure continuity of service, providing hour long calls, at a time suitable to the client and meeting individual needs and preferences.

My mother is pleased with the carers who call on her. She finds them to be considerate and helpful. At 101, the company they provide is very valuable as well as the practical assistance, such as shopping for items she has run out of.

Bright Dawn were very quick and responsive to provide a companion/care for my wife during the time she was in hospital. In a time of great stress, we were very grateful for their flexibility and support. The carers were all lovely but special thanks to one staff member who was particularly lovely.

My husband has three regular waking night carers. They are all excellent and go that extra mile. They treat him with respect and have great patience. All dealings with the company have been positive. They are all trained well and I can always rely on them. When he is being difficult, they come in and
take over and calm him down.

Truly dreadful service, several carers were totally unsuitable. Two spoke hardly any English. One had "issues with inappropriate touching" but was still sent on calls. Three did various amounts of damage to my property which the company would not put right, now I have finished with them and paid them
and today I've been threatened for non-payment. I never had a service agreement although it was promised in the post.

You declined cleaning staff and requested care assistants to clean. Our staff are complimented on their care and empathy, we endeavoured to meet your requirements, ultimately going through every member of staff available. The "inappropriate touching" was intended as supportive and caring to you when you were upset. We did investigate this matter and found no cause for concern. On the occasion where crockery was broken, it happened after the care assistant had left the property, so was not taken further. The harassment you refer to was a reminder for a late payment which arrived simultaneously on the same day as your payment. All of your signed documents were sent to you first class after you could not open the PDFs. We wish you all the best for the future.

My Aunty had a hip replacement surgery and needed a little extra help, Bright Dawn provided that extra help. They have been very helpful and supportive, kind and caring my Aunty is very pleased and so am I. A staff member in particular has been wonderful very helpful, hard-working, and friendly.

My dad has been receiving care from Bright Dawn Home Care since he came out of hospital in February 2024. From the onset, they were efficient in understanding his needs and providing suitable care. A very different experience than that from a previous care agency. They have continued to be very accommodating
and efficient in meeting his needs, are always available for any queries and these are acted on promptly. All staff I have encountered have been professional and caring and continuity of care is at their forefront. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bright Dawn Home Care.

I have used Bright Dawn Home Care in the past and I needed emergency care support two weeks ago for my house-bound mom. I had no hesitation in calling Bright Dawn first thing to ask for some support as my mom wasn't too well and I felt confident that the Bright Dawn team would be able to assist me.
No sooner had I called the office that I had arranged for the team to start visiting Mom the very next day which was at very short notice (Friday PM) asking for weekend support. As usual, the carer who turned up was extremely professional and extremely caring towards Mom which is exactly what you need in times of illness. I then had to call a few days later as Mom would have had to be admitted to the hospital if I hadn't had the support of Bright Dawn, this in itself makes me, the carer, feel extremely supported knowing that you have someone giving you support as Bright Dawn always do. I would thoroughly recommend Bright Dawn as they always give 100% and are always able to work around your needs.
