This Care Service has proved invaluable. All the staff from Admin staff to Caregivers have been friendly and competent and reliable and accessible. Most importantly the individual caregivers have been incredibly compassionate, capable, understanding and reliable. Mum has had the same care covers consistently
for most of the time, and for the rare occasion of illness etc covering staff have also been consistent and familiar. Any queries I have had have been dealt with helpfully and every effort made to accommodate our wishes.

Home Instead has been an amazing company to deal with. They have supported the family throughout a difficult period, where Mum was in respite and hospital. They made the transition from hospital to home effortless for us as a family, and the carers we have in for Mum are so caring and professional.
All in all, I couldn't imagine using another agency now that I have the excellent support of all Home Instead Staff.

Very happy with the service provided by Home Instead. The carers are excellent and always the right choice in carers are provided. They provide exceptional service and are always caring, kind and understanding. The staff at the office are very supportive and always attentive.

We were absolutely delighted with the service provided. So much care, consideration and attention to detail. My aunt was able to trust and relax which helped her well-being enormously. Our home help had such a warmth and big heart, that touched and bought comfort to both me and my aunt. She was discreet,
sensitive and flexible and fitted right in with the running of the household.
We were kept well informed about everything and found the service to be efficient and reliable.
It's been such a great help and a real pleasure to have our particular home helper.

We needed help for my mum (now aged 96) after she fell and was hospitalised for over 4 weeks.
This agency's manager spent a long time in a face to face interview with me, then with mum, to establish her needs and they took care to find someone mum would get along with.
Her needs have grown a bit
since we first started but all has gone smoothly.
Her welfare and safety are paramount and I am kept informed of anything they think might become an issue. Better still they understand the situation and can give practical advice and help. Simply marvellous.
Yes, they are a little more expensive than other agency's but then you get what you pay for!

The carer/care given provided by Home Instead was a great help to my mum and the family. She was caring and friendly and we all felt comfortable and happy. She was always happy to help out and kept us informed of any problems. When someone is caring and enjoying their work, it always shows.
