Very good
My wife has dementia and I am her carer. Each morning and evening a carer in to help wash and dress her. Invariably they are on time although due to traffic or other problems they may be a bit late but I am always told. The carers are always friendly, caring and cheerful. They always care about their clients and regular reviews take place.
Very helpful in every aspect of care, you also get a hello and smile when calling. The only gripe I have is the night time call at 9.30 pm. When running late due to problems no one rings to say they are running late, sometimes forty minutes. Thank you.
I am very happy with the service I receive.
My mother has a ten o'clock 'wake up' visit every workday (not weekends). This was initiated following a hospital admission and she is required to fund this herself. The carer girls are very reliable and punctual and have never failed/missed a visit. My mother can dress herself and walk through to the kitchen - however, the point of interest is the personal care and therefore the visit is merely composed of a quick wash, a cup of tea and a round of toast. All other duties (medication, cleaning etc) are performed by myself. Carers are polite and notify some of the many issues.
Always punctual, with regular staff.
Office staff kind and helpful.
Cannot fault the service. I am happy with it and would recommend them.
To date an excellent overall service. Somewhat more experience than competition. No complaints with regards to care given to my wife, regular girl become like one of our family- excellent in every respect, occasional replacements, very satisfactory.
As my 94 year old husbands carer i have been most impressed with "The Help" over the past months. All the staff are dedicated, patient, caring and efficient. I couldn't cope without them!
All carers are helpful, polite and friendly, willing to help with anything I ask them to do. I was worried because my friend had a bad experience with the company who had looked after her mother, but I have only good things to say about my experience.
