They go out of their way to go the extra mile. Always on time, never missed a call (even in a snowstorm). Always responsive to email and other communication. Carers are always friendly and genuinely interested in their client. Visited in hospital during a short stay to encourage and socialise. Senior
management is always available and responsive.
