My husband and I during 3 weeks with carers you. They are very respect and patient. They came on time. We happy with them and office. Our problem is 3 times a day and short time. We would like one a day but time more for his care for example he needs change dressing after toilet or have food. He has very slowly. I hope in future you can consider his problem. Thank you for all dears care and manager of office. Rahineh special thank you so helped us. Bless her and all of you.
My carer has many virtues. She is bright, cheerful, intelligent, empathetic, hard working, intuitive, kind, funny, understanding, committed, dedicated, respectful, dignified, appropriate, inquisitive, encouraging, flexible, forthright and gentle. She stands up for me when I need support. She is punctual and dependable. She is always keen to share her views on abstaining and keeping a good, healthy work-life balance. She is playfully generous with praise and compliments about my achievements. She shares my love of music.
They staff has no training to care for my son who has. Autism. ADHD and learning disabilities.
I ask the staff what experiences or training they have regarding ADHD. They have never heard of ADHD and do not know what it means. What does the abbreviations ADHD. I am going to tell the truth, said one of their staff. We have never been given any training in ADHD.
What about autism, the same thing.
The agency lack accountability and their services is the lowest of the low standard.
Their careers do not understand boundaries and making derogatory comments about me having diabetes.
They are abuser in the way they are supplying carer to vulnerable people with the lack of training and experience
I would not recommend Swifthand Care Services to anyone that have vulnerable family members who require care.
I am glad to see them gone and have them replaced.
We acknowledge your feedback it is however unfortunate when information is put on public arenas without the full context. Their staff aren't adequately trained to work with individuals who have autism or ADHD. DO NOT HIRE THEM if you care about your family member who is in need of care. Their management are liars and avoid your calls when you're trying to get an honest answer out of them. Their management team do not care about clients, only about the money they are making.

Having experienced care for my mother three times a day for six months since she suffered a stroke, I can say that the Swifthand team has delivered care punctually and professionally all the time. The carers have got to know mum and her needs and capabilities and have offered much advice as well as very conscientious care provision. Highly recommend the agency, which has taken a huge weight off this family's shoulders.
We have been very happy with our care from the office. Mum is very satisfied with her care. She's very kind, loving and caring. She goes above and beyond her duties to help my mum. Swifthand Care Services have been very good most of the times. It took some time before we found a harmony and understanding a care plan we wanted but we finally reached this and we are grateful to this.
I have been using Swifthand for some time now and have found both the office staff and the carers very helpful and friendly. Always polite and courteous.
Always good service provided.
Some carers are motivated and help with occasional light duties some are not helpful and have to be prompted for example - empty the trash, folding the dry clothes in the bedroom. Empty the toaster (note left in the kitchen). Those are examples. One carer is very helpful and takes note of the complaints and takes action.
The carer is a very trusted member of the team. He may well be my brother's favourite. He always makes sure everything is clean before he showers and always makes sure his is clean and tidy, The carer has his best interests in the front of his mind and cares deeply for him.
The service provided was excellent, at all stages, management was very helpful and provided me with all info and assistance I required.
The service received was poor. Carers did not show at times that I was expecting. When they did show up, there was minimum effort in the giving of care. Clearly those I met have no healthcare qualifications or ability to spot the obvious signs of someone in the need of urgent medical assistance. Carers showed no concern, or compassion in helping me navigate the care system to ensure GP appointments were made. They did not offer to clean me, or help with the basics of assisting me in my home environment. At no point did my I feel in control of the service & I received zero communication from the service & still to this day have a zero understanding of the costs incurred . A matter of days after cancelling the service, I had no choice but to call 999 & go to A&E. Frankly a competent care agency would have spotted the trend in the decline of my condition and intervened to avoid an emergency admission.
I am sorry you weren't happy with our service on this occasion. Our record shows you were refusing support most of the time and would only accept help from one carer who lives close to you. All our carers have their Care Certificates and are well trained on how to spot obvious signs of clients in...
All the carers that come are very respectful to my mother and excellent in their work. They know my mother's routine so don't have any problems. Thank you for your lovely services.
I am happy to say the carers are very good. I have no complaints and would recommend it to anyone. The service and management is excellent.
Each of the attending carers performs their daily tasks with professional diligence, care, respect and humour, leaving the client in a happy clean and relaxed disposition so that she is most compliant when they return to their duties each morning. Nothing could be better for her.
The care that the client receives from Swifthand is second to none. The carers are efficient, polite, caring and respectful. They have established a relationship with her and she trusts them and looks forward to their visits. I would highly recommend Swifthand Care to anyone who has a loved one in need of care and support.
The carers who attend my father are very good. They are professional and work together. They keep me informed. They are gentle, caring, respectful and polite to my father, mother, other carers and myself. They raise issues for me to inform the district nurse or GP. We communicate well.
My wife had post-mobility following a broken femur in January 2022. After her discharge from hospital, Swifthand sent two carers four times a day to wash and dress her, move her from the bed to the chair and change her pads. There were occasional waits for one or other of the carers due to coming from different locations. There was a turnover in carers but there was always one of the two that had been before. They were kind to my wife and she was appreciative of their efforts. In the rare event of a problem. management kept me informed.
First class. 10 out of 10.
Service has been excellent from the outset. I find your staff caring and polite.
