This review is of the full care service provided NOT of my personal carer who is extremely efficient and helpful.
I am very happy with the service paid for by my council and appreciate that the hours have to be organised around the requirements of all recipients. This is the only area where the service
is not ideal for me.

The care my mother has received is adequate, however, at times I feel quite frustrated by the lack of forward thinking on behalf of some carers. Despite constant reminders, certain jobs are not completed and my mother's medication is not always prompted effectively.
The cost of the care I feel should
warrant a more effective service.

My family are more than happy with Swifthand Care Services Ltd. The carers are conscientious, compassionate, caring and very kind to my father. They really do go the extra mile! This is not an easy time for my family - my dad is receiving end of life care - so having these lovely carers help to take
care of dad is very important to us.

Heritage Healthcare has provided excellent care for my father. The male carer is extremely kind, caring and considerate. He is also very reliable with the times that he arrives. I highly recommend him.

Heritage Healthcare were proposed as my carers for the past 6 months. I had previously had carers from other agencies. Heritage send several different carers and cover the weekend at varying quality.


The very best carer comes on the weekends, she is excellent in every respect. Others have been late

(for emergencies) and recently one carer has improved very well after a shaky start on weekdays.

My carer has been taking care of me since November 2016. I have found her to be everything a carer should be and at times goes far beyond her regular duty. My carer is very caring, all my personal care needs are met. My carer leaves everything clean/tidy. I am very happy with my carer.

The carers were very professional and did a risk assessment when my mother came for respite. they took time to get to know my mothers likes and dislikes and personal needs (she does not like her feet touched and prefers to try to do some things for herself). They were cheerful and learnt some of the
songs that she sings and sung with her. I cannot commend the staff enough. They were very good and made it a special Christmas and New Year, kept to time even over the holiday.

An experienced, professional within Social Care, Anthonia has dedicated the last 22 years to working with vulnerable people, particularly the elderly and people with learning difficulties or mental health problems.


Qualified to a high level, Anthonia has a degree in Health & Social Care, an NVQ Level 3 in Promoting Independence, a CMI certificate in First Line Management at Levels 2 and 3 and a Diploma in Social Care & Supported Housing Management.
