There were timetable problems for the carers' arrival and the care home nurses' availability that could delay carers' departure to their next appointments, but they never left until their task was completed, with the assurance that if anything went wrong with the brace they would return to put it right (which never proved necessary). I always felt safe and happy in their hands.

All the staff are Swifthand, from the owners to the office team and the carers, provide wonderful, heartwarming care. Their committed care extended the lives of both my parents and meant they had the best quality of life that could have in their final years whilst remaining in their own home. We, our family, are eternally grateful!

The service I have received during the last few months has been outstanding.

The manager and the team have been brilliant in helping and supporting my elderly uncle. They have always kept me updated and informed of any issues that arise and always act quickly to things resolved. The service they offer is very personal, caring and professional. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure my uncle is living a comfortable and quality life. Absolutely fantastic service. Staff are extremely friendly, professional and punctual. They treat my mother more like a family member rather than a client. I would highly recommend their company.

During the lockdowns in 2020, Mum received excellent care with carers having to use buses and travel in very cold and wet weather. They kept Mum safe and never let her down. She had three visits a day, two carers, washing their hands, putting on gloves, masks and aprons.

Swifthand have supported Mum throughout 2020 and into 2021. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Over 1000 plus visits, they have never missed one, and every member of staff is professional and polite. The manager and her team are approachable and always available. Without their support, Mum would not be able to continue living independently.

I am very happy with the service paid for by my council and appreciate that the hours have to be organised around the requirements of all recipients. This is the only area where the service is not ideal for me.

This is not an easy time for my family - my dad is receiving end of life care - so having these lovely carers help to take care of dad is very important to us.

Very good, sometimes carer does extra. My cousin needs all the care you can give as he is unable to walk or bath.

We find the services a bit hit and miss.

Heritage Healthcare has provided excellent care for my father. The male carer is extremely kind, caring and considerate. He is also very reliable with the times that he arrives. I highly recommend him.

Heritage Healthcare were proposed as my carers for the past 6 months. I had previously had carers from other agencies. Heritage send several different carers and cover the weekend at varying quality.

The very best carer comes on the weekends, she is excellent in every respect. Others have been late (for emergencies) and recently one carer has improved very well after a shaky start on weekdays.

The carer has looked after my dad in a very professional and caring manner.
