The care staff are friendly and supportive. They spend time chatting with my father which he enjoys.
I can phone or email with any concerns and get a reply immediately.
Very pleased with the service they provided.
Your feedback is greatly appreciated, Gary. Thank you. We are delighted that your father enjoys the wonderful company of his carers who are all specifically trained to engage in meaningful conversation and activity with clients once the main care tasks are completed and time permits. The Care...
My mum has been delighted with all the helpers who have come to her house. Service has always been friendly, flexible, reliable and professional. This is both on the part of the managers and the care workers themselves. I would thoroughly recommend them.
Thank you for your helpful review. We are delighted and privileged to provide 5 star support and care for your Mother. We also enjoy ensuring she is professionally respected as a valued member of the Great Park Homecare family. We aim to please and respect.
As first time users of this kind of service, we were unsure what to expect but the manager and the team made us feel welcome and took over the care of my mother without complaint. She was not the easiest person to deal with due to her dementia/Alzheimer’s but we received regular updates and they were happy to go that extra yard to pick medication up or take her to appointments.
Without them we would have struggled due to geographical distances and they helped us get her in to hospital when needed. Good job. Thank you.
Peter, thank you for your review. As the company recognise the challenges that family members can face to care for a loved one from a distance. That is why we strive to provide peace of mind and reassurance by delivering safe, responsive and fully trusted 5 star care, that is a cut above the...
The care and support my mother received made an extremely difficult period in our lives very much happier and easier. The well trained and caring staff became an extension of our family and mother looked forward to their visit. Any concerns or changes we occasionally had were very quickly addressed and resolved. Someone was always on hand and I am happy to recommend Great Park Homecare most highly.

My friend received excellent care for over a year. Carers very thoughtful and cared for her as a whole person. Looked after her physical and emotional needs as well as taking her out when they could so that she could see others and choose her own shopping. Nothing was too much trouble. Some intelligent and innovative ways were found to help her to help herself.
Thank you for your feedback, Glenda. We are delighted that you felt our care services to be of an excellent standard across the board. Whilst it is challenging to find several 'Mary Poppins', our recruitment process is very robust and stringent to ensure that we hire not only compassionate carers...
All staff are very friendly and helpful, my brother looks forward to his carer coming around as they all sing nursery rhymes for him. When I need to discuss something the office staff are all very helpful and flexible to our needs.

Found the staff very helpful, polite and professional. If I have to change any of my times to fit in with appointments they are always accommodating. Everyone is very approachable and nothing is too much trouble.

We are always on a mission to deliver the best care possible to our 'family' of clients, by our compassionate and professionally trained 'family' of staff.
Very grateful for the swift response to supply service at short notice. Very happy with the care provided in the interim period while my mother was waiting to go into a carehome. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

I have no complaints at all. As I am severely sight impaired, they have dealt with me with great courtesy. As I live alone and have done for 36 years, I find the companionship that they give me is invaluable.

The service we had was outstanding, and at all times we really felt very safe, valued and listened to. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything was possible.
We had a few unusual requests and still, they made sure that we received the care. We also have a pet who needed care, and they sent the most amazing nurse to look after her and walk her!
The attention to detail is 5-star, and their compassion and professionalism are truly second to none. I have and will continue to recommend you to friends and family. Every county should have someone like you to offer care and support!
Thank you very much for your favourable feedback. It is a privilege for our staff to serve and support you as and when you require it. Your pet has also become a favorite amongst staff, so always a pleasure to pet-sit. We will continue to go the extra mile to help you live a safe and independent life at home.
Very caring, friendly, punctual, reliable and consistent.
Thank you for your feedback, Linda. We at Great Park Homecare always welcome and value reviews greatly to ensure our services continue to be first class. We are delighted that we can make a positive difference to all our clients' lives so that they can remain safely and happily in their own homes....
I have received care from this company for four years. My experience in recent times has not been as favourable as originally, but, on the whole, I am reasonably satisfied. The practice of having two or three main carers and five or six different ones each week has lapsed and only one senior main carer remains, which leads to a 'revolving door', and a mixture of various nationalities and cultural backgrounds can present occasional problems. Contact with management could be improved, together with the secretive culture imposed on carers and clients.
We're pleased that since your long tenure with us, you've been able to continue living independently & safely at home. We do not discriminate against "various nationalities & cultural backgrounds'" & are very proud of our diverse & inclusive workforce (95% British), who are all carefully recruited,...
My wife has Alzheimer's and isn't always the easiest of patients to deal with. We have two visits a day from Great Park carers. We have about six different carers per week, and there isn't one that I could criticise. My wife gets on well with them all and considers them her friends; they help us in any way they can. From my point of view, I would have difficulty managing without their help. The carers, office staff do their job to the highest possible standard.
Thank you for your feedback. We at Great Park Homecare are proud to be able to deliver the best care and support possible for you and your wife so you can continue to enjoy living your independent lives happily together.
Carer always prepared to help.
Thank you for your Review. Our staff are only selected on the basis of being compassionate and caring.
We were recommended Great Park Homecare three years ago to fill in for one and then two live-in carers for an elderly friend when they had their time off. The director and his Company and wonderful carers performed this task admirably, were flexible according to the needs of the resident carers, and made sure as much as possible to produce the same carers each time so that they could build up a relationship with my friend. Sadly she has now died, but we are immensely grateful that they helped to enable my friend to carry on living at home with people we trusted to look after her.
Your review has been greatly appreciated. Thank you. We are delighted that you find our support and care Service to be Excellent overall and value for money. The Company strives to ensure that all care and support is delivered by a team of compassionate care staff, who provide dignity and respect to all clients.
As his wife of nearly 60 years, it's been a very difficult time and they all have been my sanity saviours. I will never be able to thank them enough.
After three years in various hospitals, I came home three years ago and am severely disabled. Carers have been kind and helpful, and they help to keep my spirits up. They started looking after me as soon as I came home, and I couldn't manage without them. My husband is 86 and can't do my personal care. The girls come three times a day to get me up, help me to use the commode and to transfer bed/armchair, chair/wheelchair and then back into bed. I appreciate their care.
I am very happy at home. The carers are great people.
It is difficult knowing where to begin, and I am unused to writing reviews for anything! However, all my dealings with Great Park Homecare have always been excellent. They provide individualised care. I know my husband is getting the best he can from the carers and the company. These comments are set against experiences of at least three other providers during the last 11-years. Clearly, the last 12-months or so have been "The Best" for us.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review for us. We do hope to see you both again once Covid-19 calms down and wish you well in the meantime.

With over 20 years as a business professional in client service management, Adrian’s previous personal experience of the home care industry, to find appropriate and reliable care for family members, left him with the deep feeling that care provision could and should be much better. More specifically, client communication and quality of service was severely lacking from existing care providers. As a strong advocate of volunteering and proactive Chairman of Windsor Mencap, Adrian has the experience, skills and empathy to fully understand clients’ individual needs and find bespoke care solutions for them. His greatest strength lies in his ability to remain calm and engage collaboratively to ensure a positive and happy outcome for all. Adrian has qualified as a Dementia Friend Champion and is keen to host local information sessions for the community to share his awareness of Dementia.
Adrian said: "I want to wake up in the morning knowing that during the day ahead we will improve the lives of our clients, then to go to sleep at night knowing that my carers felt well trained, equipped and respected for their amazing work."
