Carers are always on time, always cheerful and great with my husband when they come in. He is treated with a lot of respect and care. If a carer is unable to come, they make sure someone else will come. So, therefore, the care he receives is excelled. As the main carer for my husband for 30 years, I now feel very happy to be in the hands of Heritage Healthcare (Windsor).
Thank you for your review. We pride ourselves on delivering the best care possible that can be trusted and is based on two key values-service excellence and integrity. We know how critical good communication is for clients' well-being; we also only recruit those carers who have good spoken English,...
Congratulations to the management, staff and carers for their kindness and help. What a wonderful team and thank you for looking after me so well. I am very happy with all the help you gave me. Thank you, thank you.
Could not have been better, nothing is ever too much trouble.
Heritage Healthcare is a first class company. My husband has always looked forward to the Carers visits. So friendly and caring girls. Congratulations to them all. Many thanks.
My carers come 3 times a day. They get me up, shower me, hair wash etc. They get me my breakfast, lunch and supper and dress me. I am very happy with my help.
We are delighted that through our compassionate and caring staff, Heritage Healthcare (Windsor) is able to make a positively significant difference to your life and enable you to remain independent in the comfort of your own home.
Heritage Healthcare Windsor provides a much-needed service to my brother helping support him day to day.
All staff are friendly and helpful. They take time to talk to Mum. Most of the time they arrive on time now, if late we are always told.
After the initial care, our first care company was satisfactory until they decided to use two carers instead of one when there was insufficient room in the waste room. Luckily friends introduced us to Heritage Healthcare in November 2015 who are excellent at resolving problems without delay.
Over the past year and a half, it has been a privilege to provide home care for the family, knowing that the Service User is happy and able to remain in her familiar surroundings and with her family. Both the family and Heritage Healthcare have forged a successful working relationship based on...
The management is excellent and helpful whenever approached. Their help and service provided has made a tremendous difference in making it possible for me to continue to live independent and not be a burden to my children.
Since the onset of service, I have found all the girls to be pleasant and professional. They carry out their tasks to the letter always offering to do more. They always chat and we mostly laugh about something. I always look forward to my carer coming. It starts the day off.
The service and care is very good.
The Heritage Healthcare Team thank you for your review and ongoing use of our Service. We value you as 'family' and care staff look forward to continuing to meet your support needs in a professional and caring manner.
Provided a level of care beyond my expectation and where nothing was too much trouble. They have provided an outstanding level of care which has enabled mum to remain at home for as long as possible and maintain her dignity and quality of life.
The staff are friendly and helpful, the management likewise are very good at listening to what was needed and tailoring the support given accordingly.
It has been an absolute pleasure to have had the privilege of taking good care of the Dymonds. We are so delighted that you were able to enjoy being one of our special guests at Heritage Healthcare's VIP Tea & Toast event to celebrate HRH's 90th Birthday this year.
Care staff are always pleasant, sympathetic and willing to perform any reasonable task within the time constraints of their visits. I have three home calls each day and require a great deal of personal help which the carers carry out with respect for my personal dignity. If visiting times are running a little late, I am kept informed by phone and advised of the estimated arrival time of the carers. I would not hesitate in recommending Heritage Health Care to others in need of assistance at home.
Lovely carer who stepped into the breach when rapid response let me down coming out of hospital. She was very caring and was willing to do anything asked of her. She changed my bed sheets to make me more comfortable, made my bed and helped me to wash and dress. I highly recommend them and will use them again if the need arises.

With over 20 years as a business professional in client service management, Adrian’s previous personal experience of the home care industry, to find appropriate and reliable care for family members, left him with the deep feeling that care provision could and should be much better. More specifically, client communication and quality of service was severely lacking from existing care providers. As a strong advocate of volunteering and proactive Chairman of Windsor Mencap, Adrian has the experience, skills and empathy to fully understand clients’ individual needs and find bespoke care solutions for them. His greatest strength lies in his ability to remain calm and engage collaboratively to ensure a positive and happy outcome for all. Adrian has qualified as a Dementia Friend Champion and is keen to host local information sessions for the community to share his awareness of Dementia.
Adrian said: "I want to wake up in the morning knowing that during the day ahead we will improve the lives of our clients, then to go to sleep at night knowing that my carers felt well trained, equipped and respected for their amazing work."
