My sister came home from hospital after being in palliative care last October. She has had daily visits from the nurses and they have been absolutely brilliant with her. My sister has Down’s syndrome and associated issues. They have been kind, compassionate, and efficient at dealing with her daily needs. She now has the nurses coming for a couple of hours a day as outreach sessions as she has vastly improved. They are an excellent resource and I and my brother cannot speak highly enough of them. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs some assistance.
It’s a pleasure looking after your sister and the team are enjoying the supportive element of the care getting her ready to return to a daycare centre. I will pass on your kind words to the team.
Overall care is very good but the office is not so good as duplicate bills are being sent.

Since this care company took over the care package for my mum and my sister I have nothing but praise for the company and the staff. Also during COVID-19, I have been shielded and not been able to leave my house to go visit my mum and sister. This company has taken over all the duties like cleaning, feeding the pets, the shopping, collection of meds, contacting doctors, calling for ambulances when needed and done anything else that has had to be done. This company and its staff really care about their clients 100% and more. We owe this company so much gratitude for all they have done. Without them, we do not know what would have happened and we hope that this company never stops caring for my mum and sister because we don't think that anyone can produce the same amount of care and compassion that they have. Registered Manager, Nicola Rowe, has recently returned to manage Redruth, having started her career with Alexandras in 2012 as a carer.
Nicola progressed through the management levels, becoming Deputy Manager of Redruth for 3 years before ultimately becoming manager of Truro.
Having taken a career break, Nicola has now returned to the Redruth team and is fully supported in Redruth by a great team of Team Leaders, Carers and Admin staff.
