Hannah JamesJob Title Registered ManagerJoined 2014

The Penzance branch opened in July 2015 with just one staff member and one client. Since then, it has grown into one of the largest branches within the Westcountry Home Care and Alexandras Community Care group.

Hannah is the Registered Manager for the Penzance branch and is proud to work for such a friendly and caring company. She first joined in 2014 as a part-time carer and quickly discovered how much she loved the role. Before long, she moved into a full-time position and began taking on more responsibility.

Since then, Hannah has progressed through several roles, including Team Leader, Deputy Manager and Manager. After successfully passing her CQC interview, she became the Registered Manager for the branch. Hannah is passionate about supporting her team and helping people receive kind, reliable care in their own homes. Read less
