He looks forward to meeting with his carer every week to go out and enjoy activities/day trips, that I may not always be able to support him with.
the staff are professional friendly and consistent, and show compassion and patience ,
this service enables me to have much needed break from my caring responsibilities knowing my son is in good hands, whilst having fun and doing things he enjoys with excellent 1-1 care .
Thank you so much for your kind words. Rest assured we enjoy our days out with your son as much, if not, more than he does!! Its an absolute pleasure to be part of his journey and here's to France 2026 lol!!
She is unable to move around independently.
Carers help her to use comode, wash and dress, and prepare food..
She loves to see people, and enjoys different personalities..
Thank you so much for the review. Our team loves going to see your Mum and her zest for live at 90 is inspiring to everyone. She definitely brings as much to us as we do her.
The Pure Life team honestly went above and beyond when it came to caring for my parents and then my mother after my father's death. My mother, a fiercely independent lady, was reluctant to accept any help at home, but to my enormous delight (and relief) immediately warmed to the Pure Life ladies. My parents were treated with great care and dignity, with even office/management staff coming at a moment's notice to sit with my mum so I could leave her to arrange my dad's funeral. Thank you for everything.
Polite and punctual service. Caring and supportive.
I have received the best help from your staff. Kindness, understanding and excellent rapport. Always on time and always pleased to see her. Would recommend your company to other family and friends.
I thought that the staff at Pure Life were excellent when dealing with my mother who was in the later stages of dementia. They were friendly, kind, and assertive when they needed to be - but not too assertive, enough to get some key jobs done but without being overbearing. The balance was right. They do a difficult job and they're stars!. Would I recommend Pure Life? Yes!.
To coin a phrase, "just what the doctor ordered"! The service I have received is wonderful - my carer is very helpful, always has a smile, always does anything I ask for willingly and gives her best - always.
All carers are excellent, high level of experience and competence.
The care that my wife received was exactly what we had hoped for. The carers were attentive but not overly fussy and dealt with my wife's dementia very well.
I would certainly recommend Pure Life Homecare to anyone looking for personal professional care at home. All the carers I have met so far have been friendly, reliable and hard-working ensuring that I am comfortable and asking if I require further assistance before they leave. The administration and management team are also to be commended for their efficiency and communication skills with the clients, providing a regular timetable and excellent contact with the clients. The agency is to be recommended as a well run establishment putting clients first.
Pure Life Homecare looked after my Mum when she could no longer properly take care of herself and her needs in the home. Throughout the period of care and until she passed away, Mum found every carer that visited, without exception, thoroughly professional, kind, caring and compassionate. She loved all her carers, to her those lovely ladies became an extended family and she often said that the only thing she looked forward to each day was their visits. They all did a splendid job for Mum, indeed there was nothing they wouldn't do for her, to facilitate her remaining in the home. In view of the risk they all took, and continue to take, during the Coronavirus pandemic, these carers are one of a kind, doing exceptional work on a daily basis, taking care of those in need. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking for quality care for someone at home.
Pure Life looked after my parents for approximately two years, at the end of their lives. As soon as they were involved with our family, life became easier, and Mum and Dad were able to stay together in their own home, right to the end. The managers worked hard to maintain the same small group of carers for my parents so that relationships could grow. Always highly professional, kind and efficient; they supported my fiercely independent Mum and Dad on a journey, from just needing some support, to needing help with almost everything - discreet and sensitive with the most personal of care, but always seeming to know when to coax and cajole, when to step back, and when to just sit and listen. Mum and Dad trusted them, felt safe and became very fond of them all. They worked closely with us too, staying in constant contact. Their advice was invaluable, and their support for all of us at the end meant a great deal. We came across Pure Life by chance, and we were very lucky indeed.
A very good service on the whole.
Friendly carers and talk as doing the job in hand. Caring to client and family present. Listen when things change.
I have found the staff of Pure Life very professional in their care of me. They are also very friendly and are very obliging in their manner.
I have only been with Pure Life Homecare for 3 months but so far I have found them very good indeed. I have had five different carers but each one has been kind, caring and very helpful.
Good.
All their visits are two-handed, morning and evening. They are punctual and on the odd occasions when they are delayed (traffic or problems with a previous client) there is normally a phone call from the office to explain and apologise.
We asked for all-female carers and this has always been honoured. We know in advance which carers are due and we can go online to read the handover notes which the carers always write at the end of each session.
They always greet the client (my wife) on arrival and are respectful and gentle. If one of each pair is less experienced or new to our needs, the more experienced carer will mentor her. Now and then a new employee will shadow them to learn the ropes.
No problems so far in the 30 weeks we have had them.
