From the outset, my needs were discussed in a friendly and professional manner. Everything was laid out clearly, and no questions left unanswered. I have always been advised as to who was coming on the set days prior to arrival, all the carers have been patient, helpful and kind. They have taken time
to get to know me, and as a result, I cannot fault them or the management team. This is an excellent organisation in the area, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else.
I will be continuing this service for a while yet.

I am very pleased with the carers as they are very patient and kind to my mum and listen to her. My mum can be difficult, yet the carers have managed to get my mum washed, bathed and eat hot food.
They have also been patient with me as I wasn’t really sure of how much care my mum would need, yet the
manager has been very good in advising me and reassuring us both,

Kare Plus are easy to contact and nothing is too much trouble. They take my grandad to his blood transfusions as/when required.


The care manager is very knowledgable to the service required and sends someone that exceeds all needs, notifying me if there is anything additional that I need to be made

We are very grateful for the help and support we have been given. The carers have shown considerable patience in keeping my husband in a set routine when taking him to bed. They ensure that he is comfortable in bed and leave him completely relaxed to have a good night's sleep. The bathroom is always
left clean and tidy after use. I appreciate the fact that he carers chat with my husband to stimulate his brain.

The manager is a genuine, kind hearted and warm person. She has fulfilled her promise to find carers who will treat my son and me with respect. My son's situation, along with my own health, requires regular adjustment and effective communication. The last 6 months have been a dream. Thank you to all
