Overall Experience

Although the time Nightingale Services supported my mum was short, I cannot praise the team enough. Everyone that visited my mum treated her with dignity and respect. Mum enjoyed spending time with them alongside having a cup of tea and a chat. Also, the management went above and beyond to ensure care was received over a very busy Christmas period and communication was good.

The caregivers are very kind, thorough and patient. They are reliable on their visits even when challenged with road closures and petrol shortages. They make every effort to get to know my Mother as a person so that there is a good rapport.

Overall Experience

My parents have been able to live independently in their home for 4 years now, though both in their nineties, as the service from the home care is exceptional. It is professional, caring and accessible whenever we need to contact them. The manager is always helpful and attentive and gives me confidence that my parents are in the best hands.

Overall Experience

They are a great company providing live-in care and respite care to my son, who is extremely disabled. The manager is always on call 24 hours a day if needed for any query or problem and the carers are all trained to a very high standard and treat my son with respect and dignity at all times. They contact me or the care manager straight away if they are unsure of anything to do with his care. I can't recommend them enough to look after other clients with the same high level of care.

Overall Experience

When my husband's MS symptoms got too difficult for me to manage on my own, I turned to KarePlus (as the company was known then) for help. The carers were all extremely professional but also helpful and friendly. We got to know them all quite quickly and my husband became fond of them all, particularly when they joked with him. My husband's health deteriorated so he had to go into hospital and then into a care home, but while he was here with me, I know I couldn't have coped without the care and support of those carers. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Overall Experience

We needed urgent home care for my grandmother, and we were grateful that they were so quick to reply. All the carers are lovely people, and we really appreciate how cooperative the management team have always been in getting us the carers who can provide the specific care my grandmother requires. We're very happy with the quality of care and would recommend the service.

Overall Experience

The girls who come into my mum daily, work with care and consideration to her needs and strong will. My mum is not someone who easily accepts help, or indeed readily accepts that she even needs help, so it takes great care and time to introduce anything for example cooking her meals or tidying up. She typically, in her situation, also gets lonely even though my brother and I plus other family members do visit regularly and the Kare Plus girls do help tremendously with being friendly and chatty daily visitors.

Overall Experience

The carers that have been looking after my aunt have been doing so with dignity, have shown compassion and been so caring to her. They have gone well over and above just being her carers taking so much time and effort with her. They have not rushed her in any way and have had the patience to be able to give her time to keep her independence to keep doing the tasks that she still wants to do.

Overall Experience

Kare Plus were brilliant. They were able to provide a Carer for nights at very short notice when we were in real need of help. Everyone was very friendly and caring but still professional. The lady who sat with my husband was lovely and I felt totally confident with her in the house. She had experience of others with dementia and was able to reassure my husband and put him at his ease. I am happy to recommend to others. Thank you to the whole team.

Overall Experience

I am not the easiest service user to learn a routine, however, the girls have picked it up quite well. Always on time and respectful. I have not had any issues. I would recommend the company to anyone needing care.

Overall Experience

Having never dealt with any care agencies, I internet searched the services listed for Milton Keynes. Kare Plus was an obvious choice, the information provided on the site was informative, descriptive and comforting. I was also impressed by the photographs of the staff and their experience. My email was answered promptly by the Care Manager and sympathetically in respect of the care I needed for my 92-year-old auntie. This was followed up by a visit and consultation which was conducted with compassion, care and a lovely friendly approach that straight away impressed myself and auntie. All our needs were made into a care plan which I am able to look at after each carer visit. The carers are absolute stars and my auntie is exceptionally pleased as this is a huge step trusting strangers (at first) to take care of personal needs, and she looks forward to their visits. The Care Manager is an angel, always helpful, friendly and a lovely lady. Thank you for making us both feel so valued.

Overall Experience

From the very first visit, my grandmother has received high-class care. She generally only has one carer who can understand her mother tongue Punjabi, but when she has had other carers, they have all been consistent in the care they give, unlike other carers my grandmother has had in the past. Nothing is too much for them, and they treat my grandmother with care and dignity. They are very polite to us as a family as well and also show concern for my grandma. She looks forward to their daily visits, which is a stark contrast to how she felt about her previous carers! Thank you, Kare Plus, for your outstanding care.

The team of carers who provided care to my mother-in-law at the end stages of her life were amazing. They were caring, compassionate and professional in their approach. Sadly, Kare Plus was not required for too long, but the care and support they provided made a real difference to the life of my mother-in-law.

There are many care agencies but what sets Kare Plus above others is their efficient management, willingness to listen and provide the appropriate service. The carers are professional whilst being empathetic to the client's wishes. They have, on more than one occasion, gone the extra mile.

I have been using Kare Plus now for the last 7 months almost. I have found them to be a very reliable agency and always respond to my requests or care changes exceptionally fast. The staff are very helpful and friendly, weekly rotas are always sent to me in plenty of time and my carer is brilliant. She’s a pleasure to have in the house, trustworthy and has 100% respect for my home and my care needs. Happy to continue to use this agency for the foreseeable and would definitely recommend.

I am absolutely delighted with the care, support and professionalism received from Kare Plus. My mum, who lives alone and is recovering from a stroke was in a bit of a mess at home. I contacted Kare Plus two weeks before Christmas for some advice and I was so impressed that they managed to arrange a meeting with myself and my mum, then a team of carers to visit mum to make her comfortable in time for Christmas! The care manager is exceptional and a delight to deal with. 2020 is not looking quite so daunting now knowing that Kare Plus are going to be regularly visiting my mum. Thank you.
