Mum was in her mid-90s and very independent (with some family help!), but when the time came when Mum needed help with personal care at home a friend recommended Continued Care. From the outset, the team have been very professional, helpful and supportive to Mum and the family. Everyone has been very
caring and friendly ‘going the extra mile’ during their visits. Mum soon appreciated the carers visiting and saw the positives of a friendly face popping in on alternate days. Mum said on several occasions ‘ I miss the girls when they aren’t due to call’. Praise indeed! I am more than happy to recommend the Continued Care team and thank them so much for all they have done in supporting Mum.

We would like to thank the staff and carers from Continued Care who have looked after Dad at home for the last couple of years. The support and care Dad received was outstanding. The carers went above and beyond, always putting his wellbeing and care first. Dad had complex care needs and was bedbound
and we felt confident leaving him in their care. They looked after Dad with compassion and dignity and were always friendly and polite. Both Dad and Mum looked forward to their visits. The office staff were always helpful and proactive in dealing with any changes to the care required or concerns regarding his health. I would not hesitate in recommending Continued Care.

Continued Care from Oakville Ltd - Harrogate provided carers to look after my aunt and uncle. The carers were very kind, considerate and very understanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them. My aunt and uncle spoke very highly of them all. When my aunt and uncle went into separate care homes, rang
up and asked if a carer could take my uncle to see my aunty in her care home. No problem the carer took him every week until he moved into the same care home. I was sort to lose your carers, they were so brilliant and gave 100% every time. Thank you so much.

I have been blown away by Continued Care. Such has been the standard of care they provided for my mum and the friendliness and professionalism they displayed across the board it has altered my - what turned out to be - misconceptions about care in the UK. All the staff were friendly, funny and approached
what are sometimes unpleasant tasks with smiles on their faces. I feared at first that having carers coming into our home may feel intrusive. But each went out of their way to perform their role with minimum disruption to our often crazy family life. My mum absolutely loved them and could not wait for them to show up which says it all. I'd even hear some of them singing with her as they helped her shower! What stood out for me particularly was the reporting system the company operates which ensures all visits are painstakingly recorded so each carer knew precisely what had happened previously, what treatment they needed to administer and which tasks they had to perform. First rate.

I have been with this company for 5 years. It has been wonderful. I have only had one complaint in that time which was dealt with straight away and resolved. I can’t praise the care team high enough. The administration team as well have been great.

Continued Care from Oakville has cared for my father for one year and has demonstrated how they will adapt to his changing needs. Where possible he has a regular group of staff visiting him. As he gets to know them and them him, he will chatter more, sometimes tell stories of his past and if the staff
are lucky he will play the piano! We appreciate the reviews prompted by the managers and the response to our requests to adjust visit times where possible and what specific tasks Dad requires.

My son's carer comes in 1 day a week in the holidays from 9 am till 5 pm. She is a great carer and playmate for our son. She is very professional. She has been with my son for a number of years and is great at knowing what he wants.
