Whenever I see a Continued Care car driving around, a smile reaches my lips. Continued Care (CC) provided immense support to Mum and I. We transitioned to Continued Care after the HHC Arch Team had done their amazing work. CC was flexible to meet my and Mum's changing needs. They came in once or twice
a day to give Mum personal cleansing (I was in charge of meals and meds!) and generally provided Mum with a lift as she was bed-bound. She enjoyed their visits and the quality of engagement from all the team was exceptional. I was freed up to work from home and get other household tasks done. It was fun to stop and have a chat and/or cup of tea with Mum's carers - nothing was rushed, and everything was done with a smile and real consideration for Mum as she became less well. Eventually, with time, Mum moved to the hospice and the process of ending the care visits was seamless and stress-free. At a very difficult time for the family, CC provided an outstanding service and I am truly grateful.

After my dad passed away I was recommended your company to provide care for my mum. I live 250 miles away so knowing that my mum has carers coming in 3 times a day offers me a lot of comfort and eases the worry. The carers are so diligent, polite, great listeners, and good company for my mum. I find
the Birdie App extremely useful as a way to check in and see real-time scenarios.
We are now into month two and to date the service is excellent and highly recommended!

Discussed the importance of monitoring medication dispensing dose and amount that I don't drop any. C/A going to send an email out and add to the task last discussed introducing more carers as sometimes there is a lack of carers who are used to me. The review went well.

Excellent service. Everyone on the team was very responsive and also very patient as we had to navigate through a changing scenario when sometimes help was needed and sometimes not and we managed it remotely. We are very grateful to be able to access such a great service when we could not be there and

Real help following a bad fall in November. My wife is a long-term Parkinson's sufferer. Being able to be at home in familiar surroundings has helped her recovery.
CC ladies were superb! Nothing was too much to ask of them and we learned useful tips e.g. using the stairs, bathing and washing, etc.
Daily visits were like meeting a friend each time!

I just wanted to formally extend my thanks to one staff member in particular for the incredible, compassionate and kind care he gives my granny. This last week has been very challenging as Gran had surgery, which didn’t quite go to plan. Gran was taken poorly and we ended up going to York Hospital and
being later home. The staff member spoke to me and said to ring him when we were near home. He was fantastic getting Gran in the house and settled, which was a real struggle as she was tired and unwell. He then took all the details of the medication and listened to me as I relayed the information and events of the days before saying for me to get off, he would take over as he could see I was tired after a 5 am start. My gran thinks a lot of this staff member and it’s lovely to see the rapport they have. Gran does not trust easily and can be outspoken, but the staff member has a manner about him that suits my gran. So please pass on our heartfelt thanks to the staff member for time and time again going over and above for my gran.

I really didn't want carers to come in, I was happy with my wife looking after me, but both my wife and I gave in and it really has been one of the best things we have done. The carers that come have all been very good and are very dedicated and I look forward to them coming.

Whilst trying to live the most independent life possible, at 93 years old, my grandmother has been supported my many different carers for the past couple of years. Her wishes to remain at home were made easier for her each day with regular calls from Continued Care. Along with this care our small family
unit have had the most fantastic support from the care service manager. She has been an absolute life line for us to call upon for support, no matter how small or urgent the matter the care service manager was there, always there. I cannot thank her enough for helping to lighten the load and being a friendly, understanding and genuinely caring lady. Continued Care support not only the service user, but the whole family, they are warm and welcoming and we are thankful for the service we have all received.

Working in the NHS, I have been impressed with the standard and quality of care that my father has received. Continued Care are exceptionally caring, reliable and go the extra mile to support their clients. They are transparent in their service delivery and if there have been omissions in care, they
