We completely agree that timely visits, proper hygiene care, and clear communication are essential for your wife's comfort and well being.We will urgently look into why calls are running late and why you are no longer receiving updates when there are delays. We will also remind all carers of the importance of changing bedding when needed and ensuring your wife is thoroughly dried to prevent any discomfort or sores. I have worked in care for over 10 years, I started working with children and then moved into adult social care.
I started as a care co-ordinator and worked my way up to Registered Manager within a short space of time, this was down to my regional manager at the time who put a lot of faith in me and encouraged me to be the best version of myself. I love to see people happy and thriving at home and I am a strong believer that home is where the heart is. My main job role is maintaining a safe and compliant service and aiming to exceed expectations. We handle billing and payments, payroll and HR.

We are a small team with a big focus on well-being and offer Mental Health First Aid services to staff.
