The carers I have are very good and treat you with respect, I have a bath every day (because I am tall) they go and help my wife with doing my breakfast and if any washing needs hanging up the do it, which helps both of us. We have a very close relationship with all those that come.
Importantly Dice carers are able to administer eye drops rather than just supervise. It seems staff are trained in some other nursing-type procedures too. We were able to quickly set up a package of care with them. They helped us through a very difficult time and were patient in helping my mum get used to the frequent calls. Since then Dice have been extremely helpful in allowing us to establish an ongoing package of care as per my mum's needs with some need for privacy and independence involved.
As someone with a background in healthcare myself, I can confidently say I have found all the staff professional and caring and find my mum well looked after when I visit. I also am kept informed when I need to be.
A new team/company very professional, pleasant and caring. Nothing is too much trouble and goes above and beyond what they are required to do. It was a good move finding this company. Always turn up on time. We also have the same cares which is good so they get to know the routine and me as a person, as I do them.
