I founded Fuchsia Homecare in 2015 because I wanted to make a real difference in people’s lives - helping improve their quality of life and building meaningful connections along the way. With over 18 years of experience in the care industry, I’ve always been drawn to this sector because it’s constantly evolving, pushing me to learn and adapt to provide the best care possible.

I’m deeply passionate about supporting people and believe that everyone deserves the chance to live a healthy, active, and fulfilling life.

I’m incredibly proud of the dedicated team of compassionate care professionals we have here. They go above and beyond for our customers every day. My focus is always on creating a safe, supportive environment for our team and promoting a positive, uplifting workplace culture.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and playing squash!

I have over 26 years of experience working in health and social care services with children and adults, working in several different services including residential, supported living, day centres, outreach and domiciliary home care, supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and complex needs in various roles including the registered manager, area manager and operations manager.

For the latter part of my career, I have worked within leadership and management after working my way up and gaining health and social care qualifications along the way. I consider myself to be passionate about the care sector and have been inspired by the people that I have supported over the years, and working alongside resilient staff teams too.

I have a passion for making a difference and implementing person-centred care approaches. I have a strong work ethic, and my values ensure that everyone feels empowered, respected, has choice and inclusion and is at the centre of their care and support needs.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the theatre to watch musicals, and attending concerts.

I have over 9 years of experience in the care industry. I enjoy my job because no two days are the same. The excitement of not knowing what could come my way is a thrill of the job. What draws me to working in health care is the opportunity to make a positive difference in people’s lives daily. This job allows me to use my skills and knowledge to help others navigate complex health challenges and improve their overall well-being.

Outside of work, I like to spend time with my friends, travelling and reading.

I have been working in care for over 5 years. I am very passionate about helping others and trying to brighten their day. I want to make a positive difference whilst I can, and that’s what is important to me and why I work in care. In my spare time, I like to be around my family and my two cats. I like to watch football, and I also love animals and like to try to help them in any way I can.

I have over 7 years of experience in the care industry. Working in the care sector is an incredibly rewarding job, making a difference in someone’s quality of life, supporting them to remain living in their own home and being able to provide extra peace of mind for their family are the main reasons I work in care.

My priority is to provide the best customer service to our customers. Understanding their needs and treating them as unique individuals is extremely important to me personally and professionally.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I have a passion for make-up, travelling and watching movies!

I have over 5 years of experience in care. I chose to work in care because I enjoy engaging with customers, nurturing relationships, and being an integral part of a team committed to delivering the exceptional care that everyone deserves!

Outside of work, I enjoy writing, spending time with my animals and doing field ministry for the Jehovah's Witnesses.

I have around 11 years of experience in the care industry and love being part of such a supportive and friendly team here at Fuchsia Homecare.

I really enjoy creating person-centred care plans and visiting our customers to make sure they receive the best possible care.

Outside of work, I love looking after and riding my horses, walking my dogs, and spending time with my two children.

I have been working for Fuchsia Homecare for over 5 years and have over 23 years of experience in finance. I enjoy working in finance because I like the challenging nature of the industry and how fast-paced it is. I find the process of analysing numbers and working with clients to be exciting, particularly the problem-solving aspect of the job. I enjoy rising to new challenges and resolving any queries that might arise.

Outside of work, I love listening to rock music and practising martial arts.
