I founded Fuchsia Homecare in 2015 because I wanted to make a genuine difference in people’s lives. For me, care has always been about more than providing support; it’s about helping people maintain their independence, improve their quality of life and build meaningful connections along the way.

With over 18 years of experience in the care industry, I’ve always been passionate about this sector. No two days are the same, and it’s constantly changing, which keeps me learning, adapting and looking for new ways to provide the best possible care for our customers.

I truly believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a healthy, active and fulfilling life, and I’m incredibly proud that Fuchsia Homecare allows us to support people in doing just that.

One of the things I’m most proud of is the team we’ve built. Our care professionals genuinely care about the people they support and go above and beyond every day to make a difference. Creating a safe, supportive environment for our team is just as important to me, and I’m passionate about building a positive workplace where people feel valued and supported.

I have over 7 years of experience in the care industry. Working in the care sector is an incredibly rewarding job. Making a difference in someone’s quality of life, supporting them to remain living in their own home and being able to provide extra peace of mind for their family are the main reasons I work in care.

My priority is to provide the best customer service to our customers. Understanding their needs and treating them as unique individuals is extremely important to me personally and professionally.

I started my career in the care industry in 2011. Over the years, I have worked in a variety of different roles, starting as a carer before progressing to Senior Night Carer. I then worked alongside nurses as a Nurse Assistant, became an Activities Manager, and in my role before joining Fuchsia, I was an Agency Coordinator and in-house Trainer.

Working in care is deeply rewarding because it allows you to make a meaningful difference in people's lives while building strong personal and professional relationships. Every day brings the opportunity to support others and have a positive impact on their wellbeing.

Outside of work, I am a mum to my two children, and I spend most of my time being their mummy. When I do get some spare time, I enjoy getting crafty, gardening, and paddle boarding. Read less

I have been working for Fuchsia Homecare for over 5 years and have over 23 years of experience in finance. I enjoy working in finance because I like the challenging nature of the industry and how fast-paced it is. I find the process of analysing numbers and working with clients to be exciting, particularly the problem-solving aspect of the job. I enjoy rising to new challenges and resolving any queries that might arise.
