The carers - two hours daily - were cheerful and helpful, seemed very busy but never complained, shopped cooked simple snacks. I looked forward to their arrival each day.

We used Bluebird Carers for over a year for Dad and as his Alzheimers got worse we were able to increase the care package accordingly. We started at 2 visits a day and finished with a live-in carer. This enabled us to keep Dad safe at home for as long as we could. At all times he was treated kindly and compassionately. Bluebird listened to us when we needed changes and the live-in Carers were matched as close as possible to our wishes. Listening to music with Dad, taking time to chat, laugh and engage are as important as the physical care and we got that in bucket loads which was so reassuring as a family. There were some outstanding Carers and even during stressful times (that there always will be with dementia) there was always understanding and best intentions. As a family, we will remain always grateful for the professionalism and help we received from Bluebird Care through the most difficult of times.
