We are very pleased with the whole service which Bluebird provide and in particular the app which makes life so much more convenient and useful by providing the family with instant peace of mind knowing instantly the results of the visits made.

You were all brilliant, friendly, fun and all so helpful to us both, finding it hard now you have all gone.

The carers - two hours daily - were cheerful and helpful, seemed very busy but never complained, shopped cooked simple snacks. I looked forward to their arrival each day.

Our carer was very kind and patient. My father found her great company and she was a joy to have around. We would definitely be happy to use Bluebird again. We had complete peace of mind with her looking after my Dad.

We used Bluebird Carers for over a year for Dad and as his Alzheimers got worse we were able to increase the care package accordingly. We started at 2 visits a day and finished with a live-in carer. This enabled us to keep Dad safe at home for as long as we could. At all times he was treated kindly and compassionately. Bluebird listened to us when we needed changes and the live-in Carers were matched as close as possible to our wishes. Listening to music with Dad, taking time to chat, laugh and engage are as important as the physical care and we got that in bucket loads which was so reassuring as a family. There were some outstanding Carers and even during stressful times (that there always will be with dementia) there was always understanding and best intentions. As a family, we will remain always grateful for the professionalism and help we received from Bluebird Care through the most difficult of times.
