My son has been with Personalized Care for nearly 5 years now (including during the current covid pandemic). All managers/office based/carers and support staff are always so very professional, compassionate, caring, understanding, affectionately supportive at all times and always with a fun and loving
smile. Although my son is non verbal he communicates his wants/needs and also most importantly his contentment and happiness in so many other means of communication. For us as a family having excellent communication, affection encouragement support for my son and all of us too at all times and every aspect of his daily life/activities and appointments means the world to us all. Everyone at Personalized Care is so very special and having never had the need to complain or query anything at any time means they are an exceptional company to have care for my son and us, always! I will also add throughout the pandemic the professionalism never altered or faltered to provide exceptional care for all.

My grandson has been under the care of Personalised Care for the last three years and the support they have provided him during that time has been exceptional. During the last year he developed lymphoma, requiring numerous courses of treatment, some needing stays in hospital. The support and care provided
by the staff and especially the management has outstanding and far beyond what I anticipated. They have been thoughtful, responsive and kept all our grandson’s family informed and up to date with his progress. From my observations, our grandson is happy in his environment and with the care provided.

As a grandparent, I’ve been extensively impressed with the care my grandson has received from his carers. They are reliable, very supportive, extremely caring, thoughtful and hard-working. He was diagnosed with Lymphoma several months ago and I can’t fault the way he has been cared for - it’s been exceptional.

The team have provided amazing service to our nephew. In ordinary times he has complex needs but since October he has been undergoing intensive cancer treatment as well and they have repeatedly gone above and beyond to meet his very special needs in every way. They are caring and considerate and understand
him so well that they ensure his care is really tailored to suit him. They show him respect and ensure he is part of informing the way he is looked after. As a family, they have provided us with so much comfort knowing he is in such good hands and we can’t thank them enough for all they have done. They are a wonderful team and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I am extremely happy with the care and support provided to my daughter. She has an excellent amount of social activities. The standard of meals prepared and served to my daughter are of the highest standard, all home-cooked. Her home environment is kept very clean and hygienic. The support staff that
work with my daughter are well selected and complete their jobs to the highest standard, there is adequate drivers to drive my daughter's bus and ensure she goes out and enjoys her activities. I would not hesitate to recommend Personalized Care for the good service they provide.

My daughter became a client of Personalised Care several years ago and I believe she was one of the first to be taken into their care. Key members of staff had been in a position of care with my daughter previously and my confidence in their capabilities has been well-founded since. I can’t praise the
staff highly enough as it’s apparent the level of care my daughter receives not only meets but far exceeds any job description and I truly believe my daughter is not just a ‘client’ but is much loved by all. The standard of her appearance and also her home, and it is her home, is always more than satisfactory - something that’s not always easy to maintain with challenging behaviour. I couldn’t ask for a better home for my daughter and would heartily recommend Personalised Care to anyone with absolutely no reservation.

On every visit to see my daughter I have been extremely impressed with the members of staff. The care she has been given since she moved in with personalised care far exceeds any other that she has had in the past. The staff are friendly, caring and empathetic. We would recommend anyone to Personalized Care that needs care or support, as our experience has only been positive.
The care they offer to my sister has been personal, caring, proactive and focused around her care needs.
The carers work with my sister and us as the family to offer the complete support
package.
