In Home Care - Haslemere, Grayshott, Liphook & Bordon

Overall the service is 1st rate. For me the restrictions on interaction with the "caregivers" is frustrating but understandable. The one English caregiver is worth 15 marks out of 10. The others who have tended me are all Sri Lankan so their command of English is not up to that of the English Lass.

As I only have a carer for half an hour, if there is time left over, they are always happy to do any other small job to complete the time. The carers when possible are always on time and do a good job.

The carers are courteous, kind and efficient. They respect my husband's dignity. They are always on time, leave everything tidy and clean, and my husband enjoys their company.

I have also been impressed that there has been empathy and understanding for the carer's role.

My requirement was probably different to your usual client. I am trying to strengthening the muscle so that I can walk without a walking stick. There is only so much your carers can do, but they have helped.

I give 5 stars to all the staff at In Home care Haslemere, the staff in the Office address all issues efficiently. The carers really care and go above and beyond to look after my elderly friend. The carers are so gently and attentive. Would highly recommend them to look after your loved ones.

A very caring and professional service for my elderly parents, provided by all members of the team. The carers were kind, considerate and diligent, and we have appreciated the careful and prompt communications via the office on those occasions when my parents were having issues. This is an organised and well-run operation, with staff who seem happy in their work - and I am happy to recommend them.

In home care have been looking after my father since November 24. They liaise very closely with me and my wife, and we both feel my father is looking very healthy and seems happy in himself after receiving their care and friendship.

Simply brilliant support to my elderly mother. Nothing seems too much trouble to organise and plan and changes to care provided from help with personal cleaning to doctors appointments and more. The team are very friendly and professional and considerate. Highly recommended!

Great carers - they really care and have the client's needs at the forefront, in addition, the admin/support team at the office are quick to respond and super flexible if changes need to be made. Early days for us so we are "tweaking" the care that is needed and the hours we want, working with the home care team is very easy - thank you.

The team and carers have been extremely efficient, polite, helpful and cheerful. They met all my needs after an accident. The carers are well trained and caring. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

From the initial assessment to changing requirements and general settling into new routines, I can't fault anyone at In Home Care. These processes are never easy for any party involved but I have every confidence in the professionals around my mum and most importantly she enjoys their visits and assistance.

Very nice and helpful carers. Talk to my husband and help him shower and dress him and they have a laugh with him. Office staff are very helpful.

My dad enjoys the visits from his two carers and appreciates their willingness to do a wide variety of caring jobs. He does not need help getting to bed or up in the morning but does need help preparing food and getting to appointments, going for a short walk etc. Thank you.

An excellent service. The carers are kind and considerate of the needs of my 93-year-old mother and support her in being able to live in her own home which has always been her wish. She looks forward to the daily visits and is always very complimentary of the service she receives.

We are delighted to have a regular carer who has established an excellent relationship with my wife. She is proactive with activities and sensitive to the challenges she is faced with. In Home Care has been responsive to my requests to vary timings and easy to communicate with.

In Home Care has provided outstanding support to my mother over the last five and a half years. The carers are punctual and professional as well as warm and thoughtful. They get a lot done without making her feel rushed and always manage to find a few minutes to chat with her. On the occasions when they have had concerns they have always communicated them to me without her feeling disempowered. Finally, the office team are always friendly, responsive and engaged. Overall, I cannot praise them highly enough.
