We approached In Home Care to organise some help for our parents and from the very beginning, the girls at the office have been so kind and helpful to my brother and I but especially my parents. They are so professional and organised and extremely caring. They keep us informed of any issues that arise and contact us immediately which, for me, is such a help seeing as I live on the other side of the world. I would highly recommend the team. Always punctual, always happy and we are so very fortunate to have them. I am looking forward to meeting them all when I visit the UK.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review our services. I will ensure to share your kind words with the team. It’s a pleasure supporting your parents.
The carers are always well trained, efficient and cheery. Particularly throughout the Pandemic they have not missed any calls and have been careful about protection from infection. If they are held up and might be late the office always gets in touch to explain. I could not have remained living in my own home without In Home Care's assistant.
Thank you so much for leaving this valued feedback. It makes us exceptionally happy that we play an integral part in you being able to remain in your own home. I know the carers love to visit you I will share this review with the team.
Responsive, responsible and oodles of common sense make my experience a positive one for which I am delighted.

Right from the start, the team at In Home Care were extremely caring and helpful and Mum quickly came to view the girls as friends. Aside from practical assistance, the companionship brightens up each visit day. Unfortunately, Mum slipped and fell recently, and In Home Care were wonderful both at the time and after the event, with cards, letters and flowers being welcome extras to the much-needed help. Both I and my sister are extremely pleased with the service.
Thank you so much for taking the time to feedback regarding the service we provide to mum. It is a pleasure to support mum and fantastic you are extremely happy with the care. I will share your kind words with the care team.
I have used this company for many years and with one exception in the past have found all the carers to be cheerful, polite and always wearing the protective clothing. They quickly set about helping me to complete my dressing before going down to breakfast which they will have prepared including putting ready my medication. Routine domestic jobs such as making and changing my bed as required or loading and emptying the dishwasher and dealing with the laundry. All very helpful!
Thank you so much for taking the time to review our services, feedback is important to us. I will share this with the team. I am glad our services are helpful to you.
The standard of care is exemplary. The carers have treated our mother with the highest level of dignity and compassion. They also home cook her lovely meals to her own taste. The home is kept very clean and tidy. Our mother's continually changing and complex medication is also administered by the carers.
Good morning, Thank you so much for taking the time to review our services, it really means a lot. It has been a pleasure to support mum over the years and adapt her care to her changing needs.
My mother has been very happy with the support she has received. She tells me all the carers are very friendly and kind. She looks forward to their daily visits and it has given her some routine to her day and peace of mind knowing that someone will call on her every day.
Thank you for taking the time to review the service we provide. Your feedback is valued, I will ensure I share this with the team.
The carers have gone beyond the call of duty in looking after my mother and helping her to have as high a standard of living as possible.

In Home Care have always provided exemplary service to both my daughter and father. Easy to contact and reliable, all staff very lovely and consistent. Meeting individual needs and supporting other members of the household. Excellent care provider which I would absolutely recommend.

An excellent agency with a professional structure and very caring staff. Extremely reliable, good timekeeping and very supportive. We always recommend to family and friends that this is the only agency to contact.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review our services. It is an absolute pleasure to support your family member and you as a family.
The staff have been kind and friendly, sometimes going over and above what I'd expect, with little unexpected treats. It's reassuring to know my parents are being looked after when I can't be there, and the staff stick to rigid guidelines. Whenever I've had to request a change to the schedule, such as adding in extra calls, it has never been a problem.
Good afternoon, Thank you for feeding back regarding our services. It is lovely to hear you hold the carers and staff in such high regard, along with the care we provide. I will share this review with the team.
All the carers have been very pleasant and helpful and my aunt has liked them all. It has been a great weight off my mind to know there is someone looking after my aunt who has become pretty frail and a bit confused particularly since the COVID crisis started and she could not understand why she couldn't go and see her friends.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review our services. I am especially pleased we can support and make a difference to your Aunt. I will be sure to share your feedback with the team.
Since joining In Home Care I have received excellent care and all carers are so good and kind and helpful tome. I cannot praise the carers enough.
Thank you so much for your excellent review; we really appreciate you taking the time to feedback to us about our services. I am glad you are so happy with the excellent care received.
This is the first time with service and so far it has been very good.
Thank you for your very much valued feedback on the service we provide.
My father recently had a fall. His carer obtained keys. She telephoned me to advise that an ambulance had been called and that she would stay until the ambulance arrived. She was caring and helpful, rearranged visits for her other clients, stayed for over two hours beyond her time and made a meal after my father had been seen. Calls kept me updated. The carer arranged for my father’s neighbours to stay with him until I was able to get there.
It gave me great peace to know that Dad was being looked after by a very caring, calm and capable professional until I could get there. My father’s neighbours commented that they were extremely impressed with the way the matter had been handled.
Dad looks forward to seeing his carers each day. I have always had very good customer care when calling the office, and staff do their best to accommodate any requests. Many thanks to everyone at Inhome Care. Great service, much appreciated.
We really appreciate feedback, thank you for taking the time to complete this review, the team will be thrilled to know their hard work does not go unnoticed.

Cilla has been working in the care sector for nearly ten years, during which time I have gained a wealth of experience across a variety of settings and built a strong foundation of knowledge and practical skills in adult health and social care.
My career began in a nursing home, where I provided care for individuals with late-stage dementia and those receiving end-of-life support. During my two years in this role, I completed my NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, which gave me both the theoretical understanding and hands-on experience to support individuals with compassion and professionalism.
Following this, I spent four years working at Queen Alexandra Hospital on the elderly care ward. My responsibilities included supporting patients with a wide range of medical and personal care needs in a fast-paced environment. While at QA, I completed my Care Certificate, which further strengthened my understanding of best practices in care delivery and patient safety.
In October 2021, I joined In Home Care as a carer, a role I embraced with enthusiasm. I quickly built strong relationships with both clients and colleagues and was promoted to Senior Carer in 2022. In this role, I took on increased responsibilities, including mentoring new staff, supporting care plan development, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
My dedication and leadership were recognised in December 2024 when I was promoted to Deputy Manager and again in August 2025 to Branch Manager. In this role, I support the Registered Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, mentoring staff, and driving continuous improvement in care standards.
I am currently working towards my Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care. I also serve as the Infection Control Lead for my branch, taking responsibility for ensuring our practices meet the highest hygiene and safety standards. In addition, I have successfully completed the “Lead to Succeed” leadership development programme, further enhancing my managerial skills.
My commitment to high-quality, person-centred care, combined with my ongoing professional development and leadership experience, underpins my dedication to delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care in all aspects of my work.
Paul did not originate from a care background, being a carpenter by trade. He first experienced 'care' when he was a teenager, his grandmother moved into the family home, and his mother cared for her until her death. In later life his own mother developed Dementia, she was moved into various nursing homes by social services. Knowing what he knows now, his mother could of stayed in her own home. Paul enjoys cooking, music and visiting new countries. He describes himself as laid back with a good sense of humour.
Claire founded the company with Paul Reynolds in 2011. Paul and Claire were business partners prior to starting In Home Care. After experiencing inadequate care within her own family, Claire felt compelled to take a leap of faith and start a care company providing good quality care to people in their homes. Claire has two dogs, she loves spending time with her two grandsons and family; watching a good movie or going out for something special to eat. She describes herself as conscientious, committed and hardworking.
