I have been using the services of In Home Care for a few months now and I have been very happy with all aspects of the care.
The care package is very detailed and thorough, with the girls filling it in every visit.
The girls are all absolutely lovely, always cheerful which is really important, and
very thorough and competent in everything they do.
It's made a big difference to my life, and means I can then give my energy to fun and important things.
I can call anytime with questions or to change times etc.
Thank you so much.

Last August I began the task of finding carers for my Aunt who had recently been diagnosed with cognitive memory loss. There was a distinct lack of care agencies in the Grayshott area but by chance, I came across In-Home Care who were in the process of opening a Grayshott branch. I phoned and made an
appointment for them to visit my Aunt. The lady who visited was kind, respectful but above all, LISTENED to my Aunt and created a care package to suit her specific needs. We quickly needed to upgrade her care which was done efficiently and at times with very little notice.
I think we may well have been among the first clients on Grayshott's books and how lucky were we to find this team! Without exception, they have all treated my Aunt with kindness, respect and great humour and she has loved each and every one of her carers.
They have kept us informed of any concerns and have been vital to my Aunt's well-being during the last six months.
What an amazing team! Thank you all.

The service provided is supportive of both my dad and me. I have regular contact with our care - they provide regular named staff - consistency is important to dad. Outside of the agreed package they provide a "Rapid response service" - this is an excellent provision - we experienced a consistently
high-quality service. I am kept up to date with any planned changes in the staff team. Care and attention provided to meet his personal needs and to his home - emotional and social well-being.

Cilla has been working in the care sector for nearly ten years, during which time I have gained a wealth of experience across a variety of settings and built a strong foundation of knowledge and practical skills in adult health and social care.

My career began in a nursing home, where I provided care for individuals with late-stage dementia and those receiving end-of-life support. During my two years in this role, I completed my NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, which gave me both the theoretical understanding and hands-on experience to support individuals with compassion and professionalism.

Following this, I spent four years working at Queen Alexandra Hospital on the elderly care ward. My responsibilities included supporting patients with a wide range of medical and personal care needs in a fast-paced environment. While at QA, I completed my Care Certificate, which further strengthened my understanding of best practices in care delivery and patient safety.

In October 2021, I joined In Home Care as a carer, a role I embraced with enthusiasm. I quickly built strong relationships with both clients and colleagues and was promoted to Senior Carer in 2022. In this role, I took on increased responsibilities, including mentoring new staff, supporting care plan development, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

My dedication and leadership were recognised in December 2024 when I was promoted to Deputy Manager and again in August 2025 to Branch Manager. In this role, I support the Registered Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, mentoring staff, and driving continuous improvement in care standards.

I am currently working towards my Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care. I also serve as the Infection Control Lead for my branch, taking responsibility for ensuring our practices meet the highest hygiene and safety standards. In addition, I have successfully completed the “Lead to Succeed” leadership development programme, further enhancing my managerial skills.

My commitment to high-quality, person-centred care, combined with my ongoing professional development and leadership experience, underpins my dedication to delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care in all aspects of my work.
