All the Carers who attended were caring and compassionate. They were obviously trained to a highly professional standard, and their visits were helpful and reassuring both to the patient and his family. I would recommend In Home Care to anybody who needs support in caring for a loved one at home.

Mum is always so happy to see her daily carers and tells me she's been singing or laughing or telling stories or reading her poetry. Communication with the office based team is always dealt with in a timely manner and they have been happy to give advice and support when requested. They have listened to concerns on the rare occasion that they have arisen and acted to resolve any issues professionally and considerately.

Entrusting In Home Care (Havant and Waterlooville) to come into the home of a loved one and take on aspects of their care has been a wonderful decision. They have supported my father for a number of years, with support increasing. The carers show genuine kindness, professionalism and 'care'. They support in so many ways from excellent care within his home (personal care, companionship, light household duties, meal preparation) to accompanying him to medical appointments. The office staff are excellent listeners, are highly knowledgeable and support me when I need to liaise. My Dad feels a network of wonderful support around him, which supports his wellbeing, as well as enabling as much independent living as possible. In Home Care really do care in all senses of the word. I can't praise them enough.

Overall the service is 1st rate. For me the restrictions on interaction with the "caregivers" is frustrating but understandable. The one English caregiver is worth 15 marks out of 10. The others who have tended me are all Sri Lankan so their command of English is not up to that of the English Lass.

As I only have a carer for half an hour, if there is time left over, they are always happy to do any other small job to complete the time. The carers when possible are always on time and do a good job.

The carers are courteous, kind and efficient. They respect my husband's dignity. They are always on time, leave everything tidy and clean, and my husband enjoys their company.

I have also been impressed that there has been empathy and understanding for the carer's role.

Donna was a lifeline for our family during one of the most difficult times of our lives. As we faced the complexity of my dad's illness and end-of-life care, Donna was consistently there-making countless calls, chasing services, and fighting to ensure he received the right care. Her dedication, persistence, and compassion went far beyond what we ever expected. Without her, we would have been lost in a confusing and emotional process. Donna and her team supported us with dignity, care, and genuine empathy-not only for my dad, but for all of us as a family. Her unwavering commitment made a real difference, and we will always be grateful for everything she did. She is more than a carer-she is a true advocate and support for those in need.

My requirement was probably different to your usual client. I am trying to strengthening the muscle so that I can walk without a walking stick. There is only so much your carers can do, but they have helped.

The company are very good at treating their clients individual needs. They go above and beyond in all aspects. They are very professional yet on a friendly caring basis. All staff and carers are the best of the best and nothing is ever to much for them. My father has dementia and can sometimes be hard work but that doesn't n hasn't phased any of the carers. My parents are always talking about them with thanks and appreciation for all they do as well as usual as a family. Its been a true pleasure appointing them for my father's care, as they go above and beyond for my mum. They have really helped and reassured us that they really care and I recommend anyone to use them.best of the best in all ways.

I give 5 stars to all the staff at In Home care Haslemere, the staff in the Office address all issues efficiently. The carers really care and go above and beyond to look after my elderly friend. The carers are so gently and attentive. Would highly recommend them to look after your loved ones.

A very caring and professional service for my elderly parents, provided by all members of the team. The carers were kind, considerate and diligent, and we have appreciated the careful and prompt communications via the office on those occasions when my parents were having issues. This is an organised and well-run operation, with staff who seem happy in their work - and I am happy to recommend them.
