Your carers came just for a few days to cover end of life. The thing that impressed me most was that they were all kind and gentle in their care but also in their manner.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review us. We appreciate all feedback and will ensure feedback is passed over to our lovely carers. Many Thanks
I cannot fault the professionalism, love and care all the ladies at In-Home provide for my mums daily care visits. Even the person in accounts is a pleasure to speak with! Friendly and supportive and only too happy to go the extra mile when needed. I know how much mum looks forward to your visits to assist her and is always singing your praises and I too am so reassured to know you are all there to help mum. Thank you.
It's always a pleasure. Thank you for taking the time to review the team.
Carers are very good. Sometimes have teething problems with a new carer which is to be expected, but these are always sorted out quickly and without fuss.
Good continuity of carers. The office staff are very helpful and respond quickly to emails and calls. They are also very good at keeping me informed of any changes or concerns about mum's health and wellbeing.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review us. We are always happy to help and support you in any way we can.
I have had very good care and understanding of my problems from all the carers, who are all kind and ready to listen and help me work through any problems I have. I would highly recommend them for their care and support.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review us. I will pass this on to the carers. Many thanks.
So far, during the months of June and July, In Home Care has looked after my partner with a very caring attitude; they are patient, treat him with great care and look after him to a very high standard. Obviously, he has favourites, which he won't name.
It has been a pleasure to be able to support your partner. I will share your kind words with the team.
Shopping trips and outings provided.
Efficient and effective care.
Punctual and kind and good at cooking!
Recommended to friends.
Well done.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review our services. It means so much, I will share your kind words with the team.
This has made our lives so much easier, supporting our dad, who has dementia was becoming a real struggle.
We really appreciate the help and support we receive.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review our services. It’s a pleasure to support Dad and means so much to us that we can make such a difference not only to Dad but yourselves. I will share your review with the team.
Very satisfied with the care of my father. Morning support is not always the same. Sometimes a shower sometimes not. Also, I do not have family access to your system to know if the visit is confirmed which would be helpful.
Good morning, thank you so much for taking the time to review our services. Glad to hear you are overall happy with the service. I know Dad's mobility is variable and sometimes he declines a shower but we can arrange a review to discuss this. I have checked and I can see you have been given access...
I feel that the on-call service would work better if there were staff assigned to each area, i.e. a team for Chichester and separate teams for the other areas. The staff covering the Chichester on-call, for example, would then know the Chichester clients, which would save me having to explain who I am, which branch I am associated with and which carers I am referring to each time I phone up.
Thank you for taking the time to feedback on our service. I am sorry to hear you are not 100% satisfied but appreciate the suggestions. I am so glad to hear you are treated with dignity and respect. I will share your feedback and someone will be in touch should you wish to discuss this in further detail.
We are very grateful for your help with looking after my mother, carers show great compassion and understanding of her needs. Thanks to your help I can spend some time with mum as a daughter rather than just her carer.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review us, it really is appreciated. I am so pleased that you are able to spend time with mum as a daughter rather than just her carer. I can imagine this means so much to you. Again, thank you for taking the time to complete this review.
All your carers are most considerate and helpful. It would be very difficult for us to manage without them.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review us. We really do appreciate your feedback.
Now, Dad is on his own, they are providing extra care for him in the evenings, and I have always managed to get the time I need.
They always try hard and bring little extras such as a cupcake and flag for the jubilee, and a present for Christmas.
They just need to offer direct debit for invoice payment, but as the invoices are monthly, not too bad.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review us. It has been a pleasure caring for Mum and now Dad. I am glad to hear that you get the times you have requested. Again, thanks for taking the time to review us. In regards to the direct debit, we are unable to offer this service as it is not an option in care, but we do allow for standing orders.
The ladies are always kind, helpful and punctual.
Thank you so much for taking the time to complete a review for us, I am glad you are happy with the service that we provide to you. It is a pleasure to care for you also, again thank you so much from all the Chichester team.
Kept very well informed. Friendly and helpful. A noticeably more attentive service than previous service providers.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review us. I am extremely pleased that you are happy with the care that we are providing, again many thanks.
We can't thank you all enough for the care, support, kindness, laughs and smiles that you all brought to our family when our Mum was receiving care from you, being a close family we thought we could do everything ourselves but once your company started helping us every visit that you made to our mum was a happy one, she looks forward to seeing you all, and you gave us as a family the help and support we needed. Your staff are helpful and friendly, professional, kind and caring, every member of your staff treated our Mum with the utmost care and professionalism and took the time to really get to know her and her needs as well as ours. You help us all right till the very end and we will always be forever grateful for that. Thank you all for everything.
Thank you so much for taking the time to complete such a kind worded review it really is appreciated, It was a pleasure to care for your mum.
When my husband was diagnosed with terminal cancer, the shock was immense. At first, he was able to care for his personal needs and was mobile, but there came a time when he was no longer able to do so, and we then had to ask for help. We contacted a hospice, who opened many doors and were able to help with his care. They were amazing and stabilised by him giving so much support. The next stage was to have the In Home Care Team continue my husband's care, this they are doing brilliantly. Each carer brings a smile and cheerful start to his day, they are exemplary, and nothing is too much trouble for them. Knowing he is in safe, caring hands relieves the pressure on me greatly. Thank you all so much.
Thank you so much for spending the time to complete such a lovely review. It really is a pleasure to care for your husband, and we are so pleased that you are both very happy with the service that In Home Care provide. Receiving such a kind worded review really is much appreciated. Thank you from all at Chichester Office.
The Registered Manager is particularly proud of the service she runs. Her staff want to be more than just carers. They always come in with a smile because they want their patients to have a really bright start to their day and last thing, a really comforting end to the evening. Unsurprisingly, when it comes to a loved one, it is a very difficult decision to make to have someone other than a family member care for our dear mum but we make no bones about it that we would have struggled without the care and compassion the In Home Care nurses were most able and willing to provide. It would be difficult to single out an individual for praise as all the In Home staff were wonderful; we could not have had better. Additionally, all of the staff we have interacted with have been incredibly kind, compassionate and professional. Importantly, mum loved them all. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend In Home Care to anyone. They have been a blessing. Thank you.
Thank you for spending your time completing such a lovely review, it really is much appreciated. Caring for Mum was a pleasure and we are glad that you are happy with the care we provide, I am definitely proud of my team and shall share this with them, again thank you so much!

Thank you so much for your kind review! I am so pleased that you are happy with the service In Home Care provide to you. It is a pleasure to support you! Again, I can't thank you enough for taking the time to complete a review for us. I shall pass this on to the carers as well.
I couldn't have wished for more caring, welcoming carers, so proficient. Good to get on with and buoyantly, such lovely carers.
Thank you for taking the time to send such a lovely review, I will ensure to pass your kind words over to all the team.
Dad was put under palliative care through the hospice last year. He was living well independently, but in October, his condition declined and it was clear he needed care. The hospice handed us a booklet of care agencies and my sister made contact with some. In Home Care was the first to respond and after conversations with the manager, we felt this agency was right for the job. Our dad was reluctant to have just one visit per day at the start, but he soon came to rely on the In Home Care team for all his personal care and eventually had four visits per day. The team are professional but friendly and would have a laugh with Dad which he loved. They helped celebrate his birthday and gave him a Christmas gift. More importantly, they took control of medical matters, contacting the GP, pharmacy etc when needed and always communicated well with my sister and me, addressing concerns quickly if we had any. They have remained in contact since Dad died and have been so kind.
Thank you again from all the team at In Home Care.

Emma's extensive knowledge and experience in the care industry are invaluable assets that significantly enhance our services. This diverse background has equipped her with the skills necessary to effectively support and deliver a wide array of care services to individuals in their own homes.
Emma's roles have not only enriched her expertise but have also allowed her to cultivate a deep understanding of the regulatory framework governing the care industry. This insight enables her to ensure that our services comply with the highest standards, ultimately benefiting both our clients and team members.
The skills and training Emma has acquired are highly transferable, allowing her to share her knowledge and enhance the capabilities of her team. Her commitment to upskilling her colleagues fosters a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the organisation. As a dedicated leader, Emma exemplifies the qualities of a role model, demonstrating unwavering dedication and commitment to her team. Her time investment and support empower them to excel in their roles, reinforcing the overall quality of care we provide.
I began my journey in the care industry in 2016, initially driven by a personal motivation—to better understand how to support my mum in her care needs. What started as a practical decision quickly became a genuine passion. I found great fulfilment in the ability to positively impact others' lives, and I’ve never looked back.
Since then, I have worked exclusively in domiciliary care, a field I have come to deeply respect and value for its unique ability to support individuals in maintaining independence in their own homes. In 2020, I joined In Home Care during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, working as a carer in our Horndean branch. It was a particularly challenging time for the sector, but it also reinforced my commitment to providing consistent, compassionate, and high-quality care.
After just eight months, I was promoted to Senior Carer, recognising my reliability, dedication, and ability to support both clients and colleagues. Two years later, I progressed further to become a Field Care Supervisor, taking on increased responsibilities such as supervising care staff, conducting assessments, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong communication between office and field teams. At this time, I also transferred to our Chichester branch, where I continued to grow professionally.
My development continued, and I was proud to be promoted to Deputy Manager in August 2025 and to Branch Manager.. In this leadership role, I now support the overall coordination and quality assurance of our services, work closely with care teams to ensure high standards, and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Throughout my career, I have actively pursued training and professional development opportunities. I completed my Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care with distinction, and I am now preparing to enrol in my Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management. I have also completed specialist training, including Infection Control Champion and Cyber Security Champion training, helping to reinforce safety and best practice within the organisation. Additionally, I have served as both an Induction Trainer and First Aid Trainer, supporting new staff with onboarding and essential skills development.
At the heart of everything I do is a desire to make a genuine difference in people’s lives. I take pride in the relationships I build with clients and their families, and I am committed to leading by example—ensuring care is delivered with dignity, respect, and professionalism always. I look forward to continuing my journey in care, developing as a leader, and helping to shape the future of high-quality domiciliary services.
Paul did not originate from a care background, being a carpenter by trade. He first experienced 'care' when he was a teenager, his grandmother moved into the family home, and his mother cared for her until her death. In later life his own mother developed Dementia, she was moved into various nursing homes by Social Services. Knowing what he knows now, his mother could have stayed in her own home. Paul enjoys cooking, music and visiting new countries. He describes himself as laid back with a good sense of humour.
Claire founded the company with Paul Reynolds in 2011. Paul and Claire were business partners prior to starting In Home Care. After experiencing inadequate care within her own family, Claire felt compelled to take a leap of faith and start a care company providing good quality care to people in their homes. Claire has two dogs, she loves spending time with her two grandsons and family; watching a good movie or going out for something special to eat. She describes herself as conscientious, committed and hardworking.
